The dark and mysterious vibes of psytrance suit Tirek’s initial old and decrepit look perfectly, and Sonic Rainboom’s skill with the genre is well on show here. Setting the scene with some fantastic use of Tirek’s vocals, it quickly settles into a deep and constantly evolving rhythm.

Panic’s track The Outdoors was only released a few days ago, but InklingBear/fractilx has pushed out a super cool remix in no time at all! Taking the progressions and vocal elements from the original and re-working them to 175 bpm hardcore goodness, the pulsing synths keep the energy going the whole way through.

John Kenza’s music is always really awesome to see, and as with all his tracks, this one’s an awesome mixture of professional quality and great fun. BlueBrony always seems to be able to weave lovely stories with his music when he puts his mind to it, and that’s absolutely the case here with a heartwrenching piece that covers the multitudes of emotions that are gone through in the classic tale of Celestia banishing Luna to the moon. No matter how often artists cover this story, I never seem to get tired of it.

I truly love when Elias Frost branches out into more folk-influenced stuff, especially when it comes in the form of new original tunes. This piece is inspired by the culture of the great yak race, and definitely sounds like it would represent them well. The woodwind instrumentation is enchanting, and the composition is superb.

Vylet’s back with another track from his latest album, and this one is a super cool blend of intimate acoustic elements and some more electronic stuff too. His vocals are prominently involved in the emotions of the story being told, and it’s all a super cute time.

Making gorgeous use of vocal chops constructed from the song from the recent CMC episode, TCB creates a beautiful atmosphere. It also has some sections with the vocal unchopped that work just as well. The instrumental fits with them in a terrific way, initially understated and chilled out, before going a bit more into overdrive with some drum & bass percussion.
