‘Hotline Bling’ has been one of the big manestream hits in recent times, and here Wootmaster has artfully ponified it into a story about Celestia somberly coming to terms with the fact that Twilight is growing up and maybe doesn’t need her guidance as much as she used to.

SMOR3S – Flag Carrier (Light Assassin Remix) | Complextro
A relatively new musician, Light Assassin seems to mostly focus on music revolving around wubs. Whilst his sound design has a ways to go still, this is still a pretty neat remix of one of the early classic SMOR3S tracks, with a wub-powered drop reminiscent of some of the older brony dubstep songs.
Vylet Pony – Cupcake Rush | Melbourne Bounce
Vylet brings us a new track from his upcoming major album release, Super Pony World. This is an energetic tune with the signature aggressive bass and heavy pucks often associated with Melbourne, as well as a waffle-tastic vocal hook, and it’s definitely one of my recent favourites from Vylet.
Francis Vace – Awoken (feat. Jeff Burgess) | Hard Rock
Hot off the heals of his 1k subscriber special cover of Discord, Francis follows it up with another fandom classic cover. This time he’s teamed up with Jeff Burgess to re-create Glaze and H8_Seed’s ‘Awoken’ in his own unique style.
Acouste Wholenote – Be | Acoustic
Acouste Wholenote brings us a new acoustic track about Moondancer. Having featured in the past on multiple works by our site’s own Spectra, more recently he’s returned to releasing some of his own works as well – something I think we can all agree upon as a welcome change, as his voice perfectly suits this style.
Jyc Row – Legends of the Everfree | Orchestral
Inspired by the image seen in the video, Jyc Row brings us a deep, heavy and epic-feeling orchestral track about the legends of the Everfree Forest, with some slight Celtic influences also audible throughout the track.
PhonicB∞m – Spite | Drumstep
One of the tracks off of Phonic’s new album Sonomancy, Spite is most notable for the real heaviness behind the drop – the bass has some real oomph to it that makes it stand out and shows that Phonic is definitely improving in his production game.
MrMehster – Reformed | Trap
Starting off this morning MrMehster brings us a sample-filled trap track about Sunset Shimmer. Released on Ponies at Dawn’s 2015 Christmas album Snowfall, this track blends modern trap sounds with more traditional hip-hop sounds to create a pretty fun little song!
ZAER – Can U Dig It (feat. Charcoal Grill) [MrMehster Remix] | Future House
MrMehster has created some awesome club-style tracks in the past, and so it’s no surprise to hear him come out with this banging future house remix of ZAER’s track ‘Can U Dig It’. Both this remix as well as the original track can be found on Singapore brony compilation album The Harmony Apparatus.
Daniel Ingram – Babs Seed (Michael Picher Arrangement) | Steampunk Orchestral
Composer Michael Pitcher brings us this wonderful orchestral arrangement of one of the classic songs from the show, ‘Babs Seed’. Full of steampunk undertones reminiscent of old works by DrDissonance, this is a delightful interpretation of the original from Daniel Ingram, well worth a listen.
