Composer of many wonders Jastrian releases a new piece, this time centered around Pinkie and the concept brought by that gorgeous artwork. With its beautiful piano notes, its wonderful melodies, and its upbeat mood, this track and perfect tribute to Pinkie is leading us through the fantasy, guiding the steps of our imagination as we wander in that other world through Pinkie’s eyes, marvelling at the wonders we see and hear, and feeling that powerful emotion that music is creating, a magic like none other. Ponysphere – Time Heals | Melodic Death Metal
Like the perfect spiritual heir of My Past Is Not Today, this much welcomed Melodic Death Metal track from Ponysphere stands out as a masterfully crafted tribute to the wonderful character of Sunset shimmer, being beautiful and strong at the same time. With even subtle Folk Metal notes, this journey through emotional melodies and powerful instruments and vocals is all but failing at displaying the strength and unique charms of Melodic Death Metal (my favorite metal subgenre, by the way). And I’d say that Time Heals indeed, despite much controversy on the saying, I found that it’s actually true!
ChickenSteve – Just A Lie | Synth-Rock
Isn’t it wonderful when fan songs complete or extend the depth present in the show? This new song from ChickenSteve is a fine exemple, with all the events of No Second Prances and Trixie’s depth of character surfacing again in a musical way, not without that ability of triggering powerful emotions all over again, a magic that I’m calling Passion and that we can all awaken to. Food for the soul, heartfelt ode to Trixie, or blissful music masterpiece, there are many ways to appreciate this wonderful song. Don’t forget to show your gratitude to the artist and to life, and keep feeling powerful things!
Light Assassin – Las Pegasus | Bass House
The Ford Mustang can inspire just as much as ponies to make bangers, or so it looks from the cover art of this song. I admit I totally want to get one someday. Anyway, have a solid Bass House track from Light Assassin, who definitely deserves more subs by the way!
fractilx – Chickenjack | French House
Chickenjack in the latest episode was definitely all kinds of adorable, and our good friend Fractilx understood it well. Behold the power of sampling ponies in this catchy French House tune capturing Appleyack‘s antics in a brand new musical way. Bawk!
Budzy – Subconscious (PegasYs and Pinkie Rose Remix) | Future
The feelings displayed in the Opalescence charity album continue to inspire, and here we’ve got a lovely, powerful chill Future remix by none other than talented singer and composer PegasYs (I’m his biggest fanboy by the way), featuring famous VA Pinkie Rose. Bliss! Also, I recommend checking out PegasYs’ recent Glitch Hop album, it’s so good and full of many wonders! And as always, give your cheers to the bartender of the Cider Party!
