One of my top favorites from Ponies at Dawn Enigma, this sparkling gem from UndreamedPanic and PegasYs saw many years passing and it’s finally out for us all to admire in broad daylight! The bright reflections from its gorgeous instrumental are complementing PegasYs’ lovely vocals and pony lyrics so well, singing about the immaculate white pony that everypony should definitely know!

Tasteful musical inspirations and meaningful reflections over S08E11 Molt Down are all over this new track from StealingShad3z, featuring the amazing GhostXb on vocals! An ode to the years passed and the fact that we are all growing older (and hopefully not colder!), this bittersweet Alt Rock tune is such a song of choice to come back to, when we come home cold and tired and warm our bones beside the fire…
Lorris – Kirinirik | Dubstep
Songs that reflect their concept musically like this one are such a delight! Lorris shows us his own creativity and take on the widely acclaimed S08E23 Sounds of Silence, with a progressive track representing both the lively and cheerful spirit of the kirin (and especially our beloved Autumn Blaze!) AND the power of the anger of the nirik, with a more heavy part in the track! Lovely concept and musical interpretation!
Peshka – Potion Maker | Post-Rock / Grunge
For Nightmare Night, Peshka brewed a dark and haunting musical mixture from deep into the Everfree, just like Zecora would brew a potion! Music is much like alchemy, and this blend of atmosphere and melodies through guitars is certainly a very potent result!

Jyc “Epic” Row released a VIP of the masterpiece from P@D Rebirth Night Queen, adding even more awesomeness thanks to PrinceWhateverer‘s guitar performance! Always featuring Felicia Farerre‘s amazing Luna-like vocals, the VIP provides a renewed anthem to ever-lasting Night and rule of Nightmare Moon over Equestria, blending orchestral, electronic, and rock elements!
Ditherer – Loco Pommel (feat. N. Hollow) (prod. Riddim Man) | Hip-Hop
It’s so awesome that Ditherer contributed to the Nightmare Night party as well, with a full album titled Nightmare Night Nine! Loco Pommel is a fire collab with the one and only N. Hollow and showcases both lovely pony lyrics and mad rapping skills! Also on the album, Mirror Pool 2 Cypher is a spooky alternate version to the story of S03E03 Too Many Pinkie Pies and it works so well! Thingpone is an insane as it gets, and Ditherer also made his own versions of community classics, resulting in an epic Guncakes cover and September cover, inviting other rapper friends too! An overall awesome album and such a treat to have for Nightmare Night, and on all other days too! Grab it from Bandcamp!

It’s so good to get a contribution to noise.horse‘s compilation album More Music for the Headless Horse from Cynifree, who nailed the theme and mood so well with an experimental track about the many mysteries of the Everfree Forest! This musical journey takes us through the narrows paths and spooky places of the forest, with a deep bass reflecting the unsettling atmosphere, and Nightmare Night-like melodies for a full immersion! Gotta love initiatives like these so much.
Arabesque Sympony – Tricks up My Sleeve (Covering Daniel Ingram) | Funk Rock
It’s not just Nightmare Night, it’s also Trixie Day! And Arabesque Sympony made such a lovely cover of Trixie’s Tricks up My Sleeve from EQG2, in the spirit of the spooky night! Getting on stage to play along with Trixie, the pony musician not only covered the instrumental delightfully using the power of rock (including an amazing bass solo), but is also covering the song with his own vocals that are so cute and beautiful. Overall a very addictive cover that will make you want to sing along and raise your hooves, and cheer for Arabesque Sympony and Trixie!
Alex S. – Trixie The Pony Troll (Brilliant Venture & One Track Mind Bootleg Mix) | Drumstep
It’s Nightmare Night, and Brilliant Venture and One Track Mind released one crazy collab that’s a real blessing for pony music, nostalgia, and emotion!! I can hardly withhold my enthusiasm… For these two musicians did something really lovely right here, using each of their special talent to remix one of THE community classics of old, Alex S.’s Trixie The Pony Troll! (VIP of it here) Emotional chiptune melodies, epic electric guitars, mad wubs-filled drops, and what makes the experience complete, an insane music video by Xol The Great! This is such a masterpiece of a remix and one can tell they all poured a lot of work into it and also had a lot of fun. Thank you all for this! Tributes like these are a real gift, just like your presence in the community is. Keep it up everypony! We’ll always love our great and powerful Trixie♥!
