Light Assassin does us the honor of bringing the legendary genre back and it is certainly impressive to get such a blend of tempos in a savory cocktail of sound, showcasing Light Assassin’s proficiency and creativity. For those who don’t remember, Full Flavor was made popular by Karetus’ eponymous track, and it was shortly followed on in the community by Trinity and Nexaka’s Poison Joke that also got posted on Cider Party!

One of the new pony songs from the album made for the occasion, TCB‘s Dubstep banger is themed around the recent S8 finale and delivers such insane sound design along mad Cozy Glow samples. Beware of that pony!
FilledSilhoutte – Annexation | Ambient
Part of a new upcoming concept album, “The New Form”, Annexation is a delightful Ambient song that really sets an incredible atmosphere with those deep synths and also hoofsteps. Icing on the cake, the electronic experimental/psychedelic synths near the end are reminding me of early electronic music pioneers such as Klaus Schulze, and it’s a real bliss! Reverbrony’s newest piece does fit those epic vibes from Applejack’s look in that artwork, with over 5 minutes of heavy riffs and mad drums play. The lead guitar solo near the end is the peak of the song, bringing that Outlaw legacy and amping it to the loudest!

One of the many gems from Ponies at Dawn Enigma that are filled with much emotion, Flipside is a collab that sparkles with the talents of bank pain, PegasYs and Flittzy for a stunning story-driven track with both an expert composition and crazy sound design. Flittzy’s soothing vocals are narrating the story filled with mysteries, and under Luna’s watch, we linger in bliss as the story and divine sounds unfold in a surge of emotion.
AstralAmity – For Harmony (feat. Sable Symphony) | Indie Pop
Another track from AstralAmity’s upcoming magnum opus album, For Harmony is a beautiful collab with Sable Symphony that not only has his unique vocals adding much personality to the track, but also has electric guitars and makes for a very creative fusion of electronic, rock, and orchestral elements. The choruses in particular are very emotional for me, and with Sable’s vocals it makes it even more powerful.

F 109’s newest piece is full of those experimental delights that we love to see from the musician, and it’s so interesting to get his take on Sunshower Raindrops’ character. Haunting yet enthralling, the track is a blissful journey into the unknown!

New release from Moon Flame, new cuddly tribute to one of our beloved ponies, and this one is about my favorite Pinkie Pie! Making a very lovely use of show samples and Pinkie’s laughter, the musician delights with the sweetest vocals once again, paying heartfelt tribute to the pony who just wants to make everypony smile. The instrumental is very cute and sugary as well and I’m sure it’s something that would make Pinkie smile in turn!
