Continuing on with uploading songs from his EP, Tripon shows off a very deep dark Neurofunk style with his track Nightmare Moon. The subtle brass hits and the background synthlines really help set up the dark atmosphere here in the beginning, and the Luna vocals are just amazing with how haunting they are. I love the way that the bassline keeps rolling along throughout the whole track, and the main sections are really cool in that the main difference between them and the breaks is what the percussion is doing. Make sure you have a good listening setup when tuning into this one or you’re gonna miss out on a lot of the cool things going on!

AnNy Tr3e – Into The Wild | Big Room House
This epic banger is brought to us by AnNy Tr3e. The melodies and percussion in the intro help to create this wonderful adventurous atmosphere. The drops sections have a fun little melody and the breaks are full of emotion. Definitely a fun song and worth checking out.
Editor’s note: The song was also featured on Cider Party!
Dynamite Grizzly – Music For Rocks | Techno
Dynamite Grizzly remade their song Music For Rocks, and this version is banging. Keeping with the amazing techno vibes from the original, this remake really improves upon it by clearing up some of the mixing. The driving bassline is really fun and the vocal clips really bind it all together. Really well done remake and it’s cool to see the improvements on the old one!
[ASOS] Zero Chaotic – Despair (feat. Butterflight & Project Mo)))rd) | Ambient
Zero Chaotic, Butterflight and Project Mo)))rd have the open slot on the new A State of Sugar, and their track starts it off amazingly by beginning with a lovely atmosphere provided by some really nice pads. The solo strings help build this wonderful emotional section and the subtle drums wrap it all together wonderfully. I really like the rain sounds present throughout as it helps maintain the feelings through the song.
Candy is available to download from A State of Sugarās bandcamp page, completely for free (but you can donate if youāre feeling generous).
Filly in the Box – Then Come Ice | Dubstep
Filly in the Box brings us this wonderful chilled out song featuring this wonderful winter theme. The intro has this really cool atmosphere to it and a really interesting synth lead. The drops are full of wonderful glitchy sound design and I really like the small changes that happen in the second drop. If you’re up for some fairly unique music this is one to check out.

[P@D] Hay Tea, Age of Vinyl & Faulty – Reverse Rain | Drum & Bass
Ponies at Dawn: Anthology brings us even more amazing collaborations. This one from Hay Tea, Age of Vinyl and Faulty brings us some nice smooth drum and bass. The wonderful atmosphere is set up by some nice vocal chops and real nice percussion. The strings in the break section are wonderfully chilling, and the bassline throughout the song helps keep the emotions of the song. The piano in the outro helps wrap the song up and really adds to how beautiful this song is.
This track is available as part of Ponies at Dawn Anthology.
[P@D] Brilliant Venture & Aurelleah – Moving On From Yesterday VIP | Hybrid Orchestral
Aurelleah helps Brilliant Venture put together an amazing VIP of their song Moving On From Yesterday. The long build really captures the emotions of the original with Brilliant Venture’s vocal chops back up by Aurelleah’s orchestration, and although it’s 2 minutes, you will want to hear the full build. The drop section is accented by Aurelleah’s unique happy electronic style and really reflects moving on from the dark feelings present in the build. The backing orchestration during the electronic sections really brings it all together and makes the piece complete. This is amazing music you definitely don’t want to miss!
