A fantastic chill pop song from MathematicPony, Right Through Me takes us back to season 2 and Spike’s feelings for Rarity. MathematicPony’s songwriting skills never fail to impress me, let alone her singing skill! Check out her latest above.

Daniel Ingram – Smile Song (Redd Pony Rock Cover) | Hard Rock
Whooooooo! Time to rock out to Redd’s new cover of the Smile Song from all the way back in season 2. It’s great to hear a cover of this that does something original with the instrumentation instead of simply following the original version note for note. Great job Redd!
Daniel Ingram – Out On My Own (DeltaBrony Remix) | Eurobeat
As “tradition” goes, Delta Brony, AKA KingSpartaX37, has made a remix of the song from the new episode! This feels very reminiscent of Eurobeat Brony’s first show song remixes from back in the day. Go check it out for happy clappy dance music with a touch of shipping.
Crusader! – Apple Family Brand | Folk-Rock
There’s nothing quite like a cider, especially Sweet Apple Acres Cider. Join Crusader! in song as he celebrates the wonder of this quality hand-made family cider, complete with mandolin and harmonica!
NB: Sweet Apple Acres Cider is not a sponsor of the Horse Music Herald, but we sure wish they were…
Mason al’Cat – Got My Friendship On | Country
Yeeeeehaw, it’s about time we got some country music ’round these parts! Mason al’Cat brings us a ponification of Got My Country On by Chris Cagle, with a little bit of help from voice actress Hannah May. Check it out, it’s more dandy than a…than a fruit bat in a…in a…well I’m not good with countryisms…
Daniel Ingram – Out On My Own (JoinedTheHerd Remix) | Drum & Bass
The first song from season 6 was very emotional for many of us, and it got the special treatment from JoinedTheHerd who did a wonderful DnB remix of it, complete with vocal chops! Extend the powerful experience of the song further while listening to this track, and don’t forget to thank Daniel Ingram and Michelle Creber for their amazing work on the original song and vocals!
DJT – Mood | Chillout
Featuring art from amazing and active pony & landscape artist Shamanguli and visuals by talented PMV editor DealFire, DJT graces us once again with a delightful piece, and this time it’s a chill one. Suitable for chillout indeed, I feel it still has that signature sound, energy and mood that DJT’s tracks use to give, which is much welcome as it adds quite a bit of originality to the track. Its ending is quite interesting, too, with a new take on the “silence” thing.
Amalun3us – Variations of Hush Now, Quiet Now | Piano Sonata
Event Horizon released a pretty interesting piano cover of the classic Hush Now Lullaby, under the Amalun3us name. This feels like something we would hear in the Grand Galloping Gala concert room! Surely both Fluttershy and Octavia would approve.
Nicolas Dominique – Forgotten Crystals (Remastered) | Chillout
In light of the recent premiere, releasing a remaster of a track originally made about the Crystal Empire as seen in the S3 premiere sure is very fitting. It is a real delight to re-discover a piece of chill/ambiant greatness that Nicolas Dominique is famous for!
174UDSI – Near The Sunrays Is Where I’ll Be (feat. Cadie) | Trance
The sun is rising, along talents in this community who shine like the brightest of stars. While I don’t consider Celestia a “god” I do believe that some musicians and singers are “gods”, because of how powerful what they make is. This new song is a fine example of what I’d call a divine creation and a new timeless favorite of mine, combining Cadie‘s godly vocals and 174UDSI’s skillful instrumentation to create a wonderful masterpiece of musical harmony. Listening to it near the sunrays, it feels like we are being gifted by Celestia’s blessing…
