In a style that seems to be unique to said artist, Little Jester has a new song just for us…heh… This soft piano-driven piece is a nice and relaxing piece, with sort of jazz/lounge influences and a chord progression that reminds me of certain pop songs from the 70s and 80s. Don’t ask which ones, I’m just reminded vaguely of them :L

[P@D] AJ Young – Get Dirty | Dubstep
Marking his debut on the channel, AJ Young is next up in our collection of P@D preview exclusives on Cider Party. The buildups in this contain fantastic uplifting melodies and they then transition into the drop seemingly out of nowhere, yet it works brilliantly. Less than 48 hours to go until the P@D: Voyager album release stream begins now, we hope to see you there!
Violin Melody – Fashion Passion (HoriXZ0n Remix) | Complextro
To be able to make a decent remix of a song in a decent turnaround time is something I often envy in other artists. Here we have a great complextro remix of Violin Melody’s latest song from Event HoriXZ0n (happy now mate?), which actually goes easy on the dry/wet levels in the mixing (thank goodness, overdone wubs can sound dreadful).
Wind Wolf – Adventure Ahead! | Orchestral
Feels like forever since I last saw anything from Wind Wolf, and since I last saw any pony video game related music. I don’t know whether or not Adventure of the Lunarbolts is still in the works, but if this is the kind of music being inspired by / made for it, I hope that something’s still being developped. Go take a listen for RPG-style orchestral…if that’s a thing.
D3LTA – Leaving Alone | Melodic Dubstep
Little bit of melodic dubstep stuff to finish off the day. D3LTA’s managed to make use of softer sounds in this one, along with some vocal splicing to fill in the gaps and create additional melodies.
Ponies At Dawn: Voyager Release Party

NB: The following is taken and adapted from PonyvilleFM’s announcement on the album release.
Ponies at Dawn are proud to announce the release of their 9th album, Voyager, jam packed with an incredible line up of music from a whole host of fandom artists. Their biggest album yet, with 58 tracks, there’s sure to be something for everybody here. Music from big names such as Replacer, UndreamedPanic, 4Everfreebrony and Aurelleah, Ponies at Dawn regulars like EnsionD, ThatMusicBrony and Francis Vace, as well as plenty of other newcomers and veterans alike helps to make this one of the most diverse and awesome experiences the brony music community is capable of putting together. As always, there’s a whole host of genres available to listen to, with EDM, orchestral, metal, rock, and much more!
To celebrate the release of the album, PonyvilleFM will be hosting a Live Release Party starting at 17:00 UTC / 13:00 EDT this Friday the 7th of October leading up to the album’s live play. Then, at 20:00 UTC / 16:00 EDT, the Ponies at Dawn album – Voyager – will be played LIVE and in FULL, hosted by PonyvilleFM’s very own variety radio show, Lycan Dese Beats.
Immediately following the album’s release, Voyager will be available from the Ponies at Dawn bandcamp for whatever price you’d like to pay (including $0). However, if you are so excited and just can’t wait, it is available as a pre-order right now starting from just $1. As with last time, all the money made by the album from donations on BandCamp will go towards the artists as thanks for the hard work put in to get on.

Totalspark & AnimatronicPony – Oceans of Sky | Chillout
Collaboration time! This song made by both Totalspark and AnimatronicPony is really something to admire. The soft, melodic synth sounds layered with strings sound great, and the drums make a good addition without turning the track into something overly heavy.
Crystarium – Doing Just Fine | Future
Crystarium seems to be doing a lot of future music as of late, not that I’m complaining of course! Catch this latest piece from him with his own vocals to add a bit more of a personal flair to the song.
ApostropheShy – Smile | Happy Hardcore
I only see happy hardcore songs every now and again, but it’s always a pleasure when one pops up in my sub feed. This song from ApostropheShy seems to be a little bit more than just a remix, with extensive reworking of the vocals; and the changes in beat pattern allow for a nice variation too.
Direct Current – Migration EP | Electronic
I do find it rather impressive how Direct Current is able to put out an actual themed EP every couple of months or so. His latest one, Migration, puts the focus on pegasi, which I suppose look like swans when standing in water, so album art kinda fits…right? Regardless, full writeup after the beak break as per usual.
