I feel like I’ve seen this image before… More chill for you! Another summery song to reminisce upon as the seasons change. While it may start off a little bare, this songs has some excellent melodies and sounds that layer on top of each other nicely as it progresses.

Jalmaan – Summer Nights | Future Garage
Everyone seems to be making summer themed songs just as the season draws to a close in the Northern Hemisphere! Back to the song at hand, it’s been ages since I last heard some future garage, nice to get some new music of that genre via A State of Sugar; nice deep basses and snappy drums.

Sooooo, it’s been a while since we had a TBT here, eh? I thought it might be appropriate to revive it for Sunset Shimmer Day, so catch a bunch of our favourite Shimmy-themed songs below!
Daniel Ingram – Luna’s Future (GhostXb Remix) | Orchestral
Perhaps more of an arrangement than a remix, but we’ll stick with Ghost’s labelling! This is definitely one of the more unique orchestral interpretations of Luna’s Future that I’ve seen. It takes the base composition and adds so much more to it, including those beautiful choir vocals backing it up.
Vylet Pony & Lily Cloud – Fall To The Clouds (Raging Rarity Remix) | House
I know the feeling of looking back at older tracks and cringing wincing at the level of production, so I completely understand Raging Rarity’s motive behind remaking this remix. Check it out for a new spin on a classic.
Segments Of Life – The Empty Hourglass | Metalcore / Electronic
Segments Of Life seems to be going through a phase of parodying Trap Nation records in their videos, so have this latest ‘Equestria Nation Records’ release – a complete melange of genres including djent, trap and drum & bass…because if you can make it work, why not?
DJRedSky – Manehattan Nights | House
DJRedSky’s really got that deep house sound nailed down pretty well by now. Check out this track that combines electronic basses and synths with some classic strings and even a saxophone for a bit of extra jazz.
Progressive Element – Strawberry Ponies | Future Bass
Strawberries? And ponies? FruityFusion will be pleased… Have some kawaii cute future bass, which I believe is a first from Progressive Element, and he’s done a decent job on it too!
The Cosine Pitchshifterz – Equality Inequality | Hardstyle
Despite the sample used before the drop, this song is anything but quiet. While I’m not a huge fan of hardstyle personally, this track still has its merits, and a nice swing beat to it. I also like the classic hands-up ravey feel of the part that starts at 2:38, it mixes an old-school sound with modern-day hardstyle.
