Nicolas Dominique – The Star Maker | Trance

Contemplating the creation of stars brings a flood of contrasting images, including massive celestial explosions and softly glittering veils of cosmic light, Nicolas Dominique’s recently released track “The Star Maker” seamlessly depicts these contrasts.  Soft, ambient strings and pads paint a broad ethereal landscape, while bold percussion and rumbling basslines keep the creative energy flowing.  Immerse yourself in this ethereal sea of sound and gaze in awe as light shatters the darkness of the nighttime sky.

Ethan Toavs – The Great Big Adventure! | Orchestral

One of Ethan’s works from last year, “The Great Big Adventure” is a fantastic orchestral work which fills the listener with warmth and the courage to take on whatever awaits. It opens with plucked arpeggios of a harpsichord and long, drawn out piano tones, but quickly building, with strings joining the ostinato, low brass adding tension, and percussion driving the pace forward. At the midpoint, it completely flourishes with full orchestra and woodwind trills galore. It’s a lovely tune and feels very fitting for this time of year.

SCR4TCHK4T ft. hittcell – usuktwi | Digicore

SCR4TCHK4T and hittcell teamed up a while back to deliver a hyperpop diss track, “usuktwi,” sung from Moondancer’s perspective, and oh boy, it does not hold back any punches! With lyrics like “you ain’t got time”, “didn’t say goodbye”, and “reeling in the silence of despair”, it really captures the strains of a friendship falling apart. The lyrics aren’t the only thing punchy either—its strong kick and trap snare beat blend excellently with the auto-tuned vocals, and are completed with tons of glitch goodness. It’s a fantastic banger complete with excellent story telling.

Magicked – The Bookmakers | Electronic

Magicked is back with an incredible track created for the final Dust Car race earlier this year. “The Bookmakers” evokes a powerful feeling of nostalgia mixed with hopefulness, and it is laced with an amazing variety of sounds – detuned piano, chrips, marimba, harp, and groovy bass line. And don’t get me started with the vocal sampling! There’s everything in here from the “[my] little pony” theme to the sea ponies “shoo-be-do.” An absolute delight to listen to, especially for fans of pony chops.

Mane in Green – Onward | Orchestral

Mane in Green always manages to bring sceneries and stories to life in one’s mind through their orchestral storytelling, and “Onward” is no exception to this. The full range orchestral sound slowly guides you onto its path and takes you passenger on its journey. While it was created as part of a larger context with Mane in Green’s awakening album, Onward easily can stand on its own with its uplifting and almost heroic sound, so give it a listen!

PumpkinZ – Thinking About Life | Future Bass

PumpkinZ delivers you a highly energetic yet still calming listening experience with this lovely track. With a beginning on the slower side, the pace picks up with the first drop to make excellent use out of its high BPM while still maintaining a soothing aspect throughout the whole length. Make sure to give it a listen to give your ears some relaxation with this song!

Daniel Ingram – Shine Like Rainbows (Jensen Stiles Remix) | Progressive House

Jensen has gifted us with his first remix of an official MLP song, “Shine like Rainbows” by Daniel Ingram. He takes a progressive house spin on the tune, starting out with a piano hammering the chords and gorgeous ethereal pads before jumping into the main groove with soaring synth leads. The middle continues to develop texture with acoustic guitar blending in nicely with all the synths. Overall, it’s a very introspective and thoughtful track, matching the original’s context as an end-credits song to Rainbow Rocks. Fantastic work!

ACIDASH – QUEEN MEANIE | Breakcore

ACIDASH’s latest track, “QUEEN MEANIE,” delivers an unrelenting sonic assault from the moment it begins. The track opens with a haunting wind-up before unleashing a fierce combination of distorted bass, warped vocal chops, and relentless old-school drum breaks. The chaotic energy mirrors the track’s namesake, Opaline, spiraling into madness with each pulsating beat. With its intense, face-melting melody and dark, twisted atmosphere, this breakcore masterpiece is a must-listen for fans of the genre seeking a truly wild ride.

Jacqueling – Ария Луны/Luna’s Aria (ft. Rem) | Punk Rock

Punk rock, Russian lyrics, and Princess Luna, three things that I never expected to be merged together, but here we are with Jacqueling’s newest song. Let me say first and foremost that this song absolutely slays! Jacqueling has always been one of those artists that brings the energy and this one is no exception. Add on Ren’s angsty vocals & screams and you have a perfect song to excite all your senses.
