RVC’s latest track is an insane, heavy handed, mix with samples taken from many sources and combines many styles of electronic music. The track begins with a high energy Pinkie Pie sample, joined by heavy percussion leading into a killer drop with tons of glitches and huge wubs. The energy doesn’t die down, quickly cycling through drop after drop, each with its own unique style. In the middle, there’s a calmer section with a lush, melodic synth before dropping back into the dubstep. Overall, the sound design is expertly crafted, placing samples in excellent spots, and is well mixed together. This one will keep you on your toes!

Biscuit has teamed up with Nugget to deliver this power house of a track to raise awareness of mental Health and suicide prevention. The track begins with contemplative and ominous guitars before the full band kicks in. The raw emotion in the screaming vocals tells the personal tale of Biscuit’s struggle with mental health. The lyrics are brave, with rhymes like “rose above” and “travel the world doing what I love.” Between the bouts of full metal, the song eases up, allowing Nugget’s orchestration to shine and giving the piece incredible dynamic contrast. Overall, it’s an incredible song and a great way to raise awareness. If you or a loved one is struggling with mental health, please know that, as Biscuit says, “You are not alone. Jyc Row has always been one of the household staples for epic orchestra with their impressive buildups and their choir vocalization, but this time they take it a step further with their track “Goddess of Machines.” While this song continues with said aspects of Jyc Row’s style of music, they added some industrial sounds to this track like synth bursts in lengths like a warning siren & a cyberpunk-style fade out, which perfectly emulates the feeling of a corrupted Sweetie Bot. I wish there was an actual movie trailer for this song as it feel like there is an actual Sweetie Bot movie coming to cinemas every time I listen to it.
