A new wonderful release from Ponytronic closing the current song series about Luna, this Night track isn’t lacking of those tender and comforting vibes we children of the Night are appreciating. Mellow synths, reflective breaks, unusual beat pattern, and gorgeous piano are all contributing to create an emotional experience over the progression of the song. The symbolism of the coming of the Night with the cricket sounds at the beginning, and the coming of the Dawn at the end with the bird sounds, is also amazing and adds much depth to the track. As for the special ending of the song, it stays true to Ponytronic’s Values when it comes to composing, and makes for a wonderful finale.
Lunar Drift – A Rarity in Time | Swing Piano
A much graceful new release from Lunar Drift, A Rarity in Time emphasizes on Rarity’s antics in S05E15 Rarity Investigates and truly shines bright as a rarity, going for a jazzy swing piano route with even a delightful guitar part providing the icing on the cake. This, fillies and gentlecolts, is Lunar Drift’s magic!
Skelter – Everfree | Trap
Definitely one of Skelter’s finest works, this new Trap tune feels like the musician is going all-out, with punchy lead melodies, a solid beat, various Trap vocal samples, and a tasty bass. The twist at 2:45 is especially impactful and really hits powerfully, completing the whole track as a mighty Trap anthem for the Everfree Forest.
Liquid Harmony – Another Day, Another Dungeon | Drum & Bass
Here’s a quite awesome new release from Liquid Harmony through A State of Sugar, delivering a sweet melodic aspect and an enjoyable progression. Overall, a wonderful Drum & Bass tune paying much tribute to Daring Do’s adventurous spirit!
APPL3JVCK & Technickel Pony – Sparkling Cider | Trap
A truly sparkling collaboration, this new Trap tune meticulously brewed by APPL3JVCK and Technickel Pony is giving a great part to Rarity and Applejack with stunning vocal chops, and a musical mood and progression ready to lit any barn on fire. Well I’ll be! (Applejack’s voice)
Francis Vace – Bad Luck (feat. ForeverFreest) | Rock
Francis Vace and ForeverFreest teamed up to create an awesome tribute to Trouble Shoes’ story and character depth in pure rock spirit, and it is brimming with powerful and eloquent vocals from both singers as well as blissful guitars. I’d so love to hear this in a gig! The track is also part of Francis’ newly released album The Old Mare And The Sea, check it out!
Reverbrony – Waves | Ambient
Here is another token that Reverbrony is talented at making music of various very different genres, and this new Ambient track is definitely amazing. Soothing guitars are lulling the listener into a deep state that is perfect for meditation, or just for chillaxing. Just like what the visuals are depicting, it feels like a blissful moment in the solitary comfort of the deep sea.
Daniel Ingram – Love Is In Bloom (Protocat Remix) | Drum & Bass
An all-time masterpiece of Drum & Bass and pony vocal chops, this newly released remix from music prodigy Protocat cuts right through the soul, and hits very hard. An intro and progression full of sensitivity, masterful Love Is In Bloom vocal chops of untold emotion, a discreet yet deep bass, and a top-notch DnB arrangement, are all making this piece a very memorable experience. It certainly has moved me a whole lot.
SherbetSix – All in All | Electronic
If you haven’t heard of SherbetSix before, now’s your chance to dig tons of gems on their channel! I just did that. So many emotional masterpieces with unique musical styles, using pony vocals in all kinds of ways. This newly released track All in All takes us back to the early days with that style full of wonder and conveying emotions really well, paying tribute to Applejack and providing a very MLP-ish experience full of happy feelings.
Mane In Green – Dawn of an Epic Quest | Soundtrack
Everypony brace yourselves for Mane In Green’s highly awaited brand new musical series of progressive music! Much OST-like and definitely fitting very well as BGM tracks for every part of the story explained in the description with timestamps, this story-driven piece of almost 10 minutes tells the start of a new adventure for the mane 6, and displays beautiful and themed Orchestral compositions with extra (awesome) guitars even providing a much welcomed (and once again, fitting) twist for Discord’s Theme. I am certainly much delighted with Mane In Green’s works and inspirations, and I think that tracks like these are very fine examples of the creativity and passion that this community is showing.
