SP1TF1R3 bounces back with his first track of the decade as well as his 2nd MLP-centred song, Glowpaz Princess, a very bouncy (get it?) Melbourne Bounce track with some ancient vibes! Centered around Somnambula, it only makes sense that the synths and bass melody gives off the feeling of wandering around in a dark temple hallway as you hunt for a lost artifact.

[Equinity] CRUVOD – Treasure Hunt | House
No need to hunt for treasure, we’ve found it for you. Track 11 from Equinity 02: Catalyst is a bouncy house tune centred around the theme of the CMCs going on an adventure to find some treasure out in Equestria, wherever it may be. The synth melody as it builds up along with the strings throughout the middle really add to the adventurous feeling the track gives off! Can’t pass this one up.
LaunchSix – Launch Sequence | Dubstep
LaunchSix returns with Launch Sequence, the opening track to his newly released Gravity EP, and what a way to start it off! The drop sees the synths descend in pitch as a countdown from 10 can be heard before igniting right into a powerful section with low and sharp basslines and synths that leave you feeling like you’re floating through deep space. Check out the EP if you can!
Spikey Wikey – Booty Time (Hoofy Remix) | Hardcore
Frozen Night – Hope Eternal | Orchestral / Soundtrack
My fellow bronies, lend me your attention for just a moment. We have a real honest to Celestia pony inspired video game with a seriously awesome OST! It’s called Ambient.White, check it out Here. The music however is full of exciting energy. The same energy that good video game music, does to get you to feel invested into the game itself. Frozen Night composes the main theme of this game about two alicorn sisters (Astrum and Krinita) on a dangerous journey for their lives hiding in enemy lands. This Orchestral theme sets that tone very well. from the start. The music pulls you in with a sense of wonder, danger and excitement. This music gives me a Dust: An Elysian Tail vibe seriously. As always, This Qilin asks you judge for yourself.
BassPon3 – Midnight Flight | Trance
Hey you. Wanna get high? Then this track from BassPon3’ll do ya good. Midnight Flight showcases an interesting blend of hip-hop and trance while also containing an uplifting atmosphere. As is to be expected of BassPon3, its heavily influenced by trance music of the 2000s with its melody, synths and choir sounds. This one’s sure to make you feel like flying late at night without a care in the world!
Nicolas Dominique – Sunset Flight (Remastered) | Trance
And continuing with the remastered set of tracks is Nicolas Dominique with Sunset Flight, originally released in 2012! The newest rendition of the classic song, while shorter in length, is a much more carefully crafted version. All the late 90s/early 2000s trance elements come together perfectly, creating a calm and nostalgic atmosphere that people like me just can’t get enough of! It really feels like a relaxing flight across a sunset sky.
StrachAttack – SHYSTEP | Dubstep
From the ashes of 2013 rises SHYSTEP, a remake of StrachAttack’s song of the same name with a new coat of paint! This rendition is a fast-paced dubstep track with Fluttershy vocal chops and chiptune synths, a good mix of the old and new. Coupled with this beautiful track is an equally beautiful image of Fluttershy in some blue skivvies, which has an oddly innocent quality to it. Those powerful drops, though! Good stuff for nearly 12 hours’ work.
The Empty Tomb – Midtown | Future Funk
Coming in strong after a banger of a track is another banger by The Empty Tomb! I don’t know how he does it, I swear. One second he drops an amazing Future Bass VIP and the next literally a few days later is a slapper Future Funk track. After hearing the original sample which is used through the entire song, George Benson’s Give Me the Night, which was definitely full disco, Tomb’s track takes that old disco feel and flips it on it’s head. I’m not kidding, by adding great sounding percussion and modern EDM kicks and snares, it changes the flow from your parent’s disco to something that everyone will want to blast through their speakers. I swear he’s like this fandom’s version of Jonas Aden, always releasing bangers all the time!!
SCRATON – Lo Shy Mode (Kindness) | Synthwave
A slight change of pace for SCRATON! Lo Shy Mode is a slower, more chilled out kind of track with plenty of 80s vibes, right down to the synths and drums. Accompanying this calm piece is the inclusion of soft female harmonies which serve to make it even more atmospheric and soothing. Get your study on, because this is perfect noise for chilling out to!
