Now there’s a genre I’ve not seen in a long time, and I wasn’t quite expecting it to come from either of these two. Forget the stereotypical early 00s jungle you may know, this song is much more chill and lighter than what you might expect. Great work from both these producers!

While I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the r3p14cing l3773r5 wi7h num83r5 thing, this song from Neon has some pretty cool bass sounds. NeoN also made this to celebrate their own birthday, so happy belated birthday from us at HMH!
Virus Ponies – Thorax | House
A simple, repetitive, but chill piece from Virus Ponies here with some little orchestral sounds thrown in here and there. Some sorta darker melodies in there too, they work pretty well with the chill vibes too.
Radiarc – The End | Dark Orchestral / Electronic
That’s okay man, it’s not like I wanted to sleep tonight anyway. I wouldn’t have thought of this necessarily as a remix, but still, it makes full use of the vocals from Smile Smile Smile, and then plenty of other Pinkie vocal samples. If you like your techno “cold and hard” (like a changeling’s heart I suppose), take a listen to this new song from Dynamite Grizzly. And even if you’re not familiar with techno, consider taking a listen, you might discover a new genre to explore!
Daniel Ingram – A Changeling Can Change (UndreamedPanic Remix) | Progressive House
Some vocal timing issues in the second half of the track aside, Panic has put up a thumping reinterpretation of Spike’s most recent song – my favourite part being when the build up comes in at 1 minute in. Certainly a banger of a track!
ForeverFreest – Spooky Kooky Cookie Zombies | Electronic / Wut
And now for something completely different. While most are making slightly more srs hors music, Freest seems to have been off doing his own thing…which involves British accents and a hint of madness. And in terms of the production itself, the drum groove in this is fantastic!
Daniel Ingram – A Changeling Can Change (Delta Brony Remix) | Eurobeat
It was only a matter of time before these started popping up on our radar. Have this Eurobeat remix of A Changeling Can Change, as Delta Brony continues in in the spirit of Odyssey’s show song remixes from back in the day.
Quadrivia – Royal Punishment | Complextro
Is it after dark yet? Well, in our server’s timezone it is, so I can post this song! Alright everypony, for those of you not familiar with Quadrivia’s outstanding talents at Complextro and other hard-hitting genres yet, we’ve got you served with this track from the recently released 0% No Innuendo Intended album (that I recommend). Breaking the limits with wubs that defy gravity and tasty voice acting by IMShadow007 and MEMJ0123 (who you might have already heard of in past community works), Royal Punishment will delight your ears, as well as your eyes with the cover art from the ever-so-talented Gashi-gashi (who you might remember from some of Ken Ashcorp’s songs), delightfully giving prominence to the almighty absolute territory/zettai ryouiki of Twilight here.
