Today we’ve got this awesome orchestral composition made by Heartsong and dedicated to Octavia straight from A State of Sugar’s “Biscuit” album. This song is a beauty of an orchestral piece. It’s no epic or tragic work; rather, it’s this enjoyable, entrancing melody made up of all sorts of instruments. Even if you normally don’t listen to orchestral music I can suggest that you at least listen to this one–it is sure to change your perception of the genre completely. Clocking in at around five and a half minutes, this piece promises the full orchestral experience. The changes in between, the breaks, and the ever present joyous and regal aura make this a true masterpiece!
Heartsong also originally planned for this to have lyrics around the second verse, but those were scrapped in the end. However, they’re in the description on YouTube in case you want to read through them.

GLIMM – Stony Pony | Synthwave
I’m going to be honest here. Rarely has a song left me this speechless. Inspired by artwork by NekoSnicker, GLIMM set out to make a song about a stoned pony. The entire song, from the awesome Synthwave beat to the (actually pretty hilarious) lyrics, is strangely fantastic. Well, what can I say other than this song is just great in its own special way!

[ASOS] BlueBrony – The Sacred Tree | Ambient
For his contribution to ASOS Biscuit, BlueBrony delivered a deep song in more ways than one, tackling such a mystical pony concept and expressing a part of his faith at the same time! I appreciate the new lore expressed in musical ways so much, and the genre is also such an appreciated choice, Ambient like this is such a delight! Now I wish for an Ambient track featuring environmental sounds from the Everfree Forest, in the same vein as Skyrim Atmospheres!
Tadpole – A Song That Probably Plays Inside Gummy’s Head (feat. Kids Attacking a Spider) | Acid House
I first thought that was Dashie screaming in the video! Either way, this being what plays inside of Gummy’s head seems accurate! There needs to be more “Gummy! What should I bake? What should I bake?” (Pinkie’s voice) though! Please enjoy this Acid House comeback track from Tadpole that is both fun and sounding sick!
Quicksilver – Ever After | Pop Punk
Quicksilver is back delighting us with a love-filled song about Shining Armor’s feelings toward Cadance, and how the story unfolded! In his signature Pop Punk style, the musician is rocking those vocals and displaying his skill at playing the instruments once more in the video! The lyrics are really heart-warming and fuzzy, and I so love fan works like these!!
SpinScissor – Lunar Rivers Below | Chillout / Ambient
Sky Above, Lunar Rivers Below… (reference intended) SpinScissor signs a new masterpiece with an incredible chill piece sending some love to Luna and her almighty Night, with emotional soundscapes and a bass coming in at 2:20 that is a bliss that can’t be explained with words. The power of music!
Glimm – HARMONY | Synthwave
Glimm’s streak of pony princesses-themed tracks continues! Here a foray into Synthwave is dedicated to purple smart… I mean Twily and there are even some cute Chiptune melodies in the second half of the track that make for Equestrian spirit! A huge success for sure!
Dandelion – Xenophobia | Hip-Hop
Dandelion spreads some needed brony spirit once more, and you can just read the description to hear the call for yourself! As for the song, it is reminiscent of the kind of modern Hip-Hop songs that were cleverly and tastefully placed in the OST of Django Unchained for example!
DAϟH – Powerhouse | Gabber
Can we get a hoof yeah for DAϟH who never disappoints with tasty (and crazy) pony music?? Here the dedicated musician responded to the theme of “the strongest horse” with a song dedicated to hedgehog pony… I mean Lily Longsocks, and that’s just so awesome!! Get ready for Gabber greatness from the master!
[ASOS] Proto_ssin & Ice Angel – Never Stop Having Fun (Remastered) | Electro House
Proto_ssin and Ice Angel‘s remastered collab from ASOS Biscuit is a party track that makes use of nostalgic vocals from the EQG song Shake Your Tail and that’s so very appreciated! The emotion from our memories are empowered by the emotional vibes of the melodies and synths here, and partying to this song along with everypony at the live release party must have been such a delight!!
