Hey look who actually released something While the original version of It Isn’t predates this website, it’s great to see it still getting some love from Alikore who recently finished their remix of the song. Keeps the same tempo and pace of the original, but now with a much heavier feel and shift of focus towards the (excellent) sound design.
End of the month – time for another hotspot episode. Apologies it’s been uploaded a little later than normal this month, but now it’s available on YouTube, SoundCloud, and our podcast feed.
Another month draws to a close, and so it’s time for another episode of the Horse Music Hotspot. Despite and ongoing overwhelming presence of electronica, this month saw a great deal of rock and acoustic music, so there’s something for everyone in this month’s episode.

Sky Runner just doesn’t stop releasing tuuuune after tune. We’ve already seen what happened when she teamed up for a collab with FitB, now we have her remix of one of Filly’s songs, Manehatten Nights. Expect the same top-notch level of production on this liquid dnb track.
What happens when a SGaP track, already full of emotion and depth, inspires a musician to make a track as a heartfelt tribute to that musical style, in turn inspiring another musician to make a remix of that tribute track, full of underlying feelings too? This right here is the result, and I can safely say that the magic has been tripled! Perfectly displaying one of our powers that is simply to cause others to move, this accumulation of experiences and reflection of emotions gives a wonderful new take to Direct Current’s {RD-TS}, now re-imagined in NeverLastStanding’s unique sensitivity and sound. Experience those pony vocal chops and Direct Current’s vocals along bright melodies and powerful beats in this remix that will shine eternal!

You all have heard it at the Cider Party, this banger remix from Syzygy is lit, there’s no denying it. Featuring Glitchling‘s awesome rap vocals from the original track over at Brohoof Studios, the remix blows us away with massive Dubstep drops and an incredible sound design, and manages to perfectly blend in Trap sections for a hard-hitting result of multiple facets. Show the artists some love over in the comments or in the official Cider Party Discord server!
This gives me flashbacks to about a year ago when the original of this track was released. Unfortunately far too late for the remix EP, but it’s nice to see this tune still being remixed. In this particular version, AoD makes plenty of use of the horns from the original, combined with a classic break beat rhythm and hip-hop style drum sampling.

Probably one of the better remixes I’ve heard of what has been one of Silva’s biggest pony tracks, Come Alive, this one is produced by NekoWolf and features some neat art from StrachAttack to go with it. Neko’s spin on this track is to give it a more groovy and chill atmosphere, whilst still retaining the energy pushed by the vocals. It has a really nice deep/future house-y drop style and it’s definitely worth checking out if you want a pretty awesome interpretation of what was already a pretty neat song!
A much welcome heavier release from Ponytronic, this remix of StrachAttack‘s banger gives it a new spin while still conveying that energy along sick wubs and a solid beat. The voice samples from the original are also present and provide a different accompaniment, and same goes for all the calls for dabs!
A name that will definitely never be forgotten, SoGreatandPowerful appears again as Technickel’s wonderful remix gets a proper YouTube release along a cover art by our very own Hackd, sharing once again the magic of the legendary pony composer. A remix full of passion, it doesn’t fail to bring out the power of A Beautiful Heart with a new accompaniment, where emotional strings and piano lead the way along a gentle beat and those notes that always so delightfully evoke certain OST tracks from the Zelda games. A token of SoGreatandPowerful’s unique vision and sensitivity!
