Vocal Score has taken a very unique take on The Spectacle for us. I don’t really know what genre to call this, but boooy is it dark and his vocals add a real intensity to the song, especially holding those long “oooooh” notes – I’m getting shivers! Nice work Vocal Score, what a voice you have!

Vibrant Sound releases a new track of definitely much originality, as if it was made from the powerful potential of a dreamscape. A delightful musical mood guides the listener through the concept suggested by the cover art, and we soon get enthralled by the beautiful synths blanketing this dreamy world. The melodies in the last part are the icing on the cake, filled with much wonder and hinting at much passion!

Continuing the hype train for the upcoming Ponies At Dawn album is the criminally under-subscribed NeverLastStanding! BABSCon has got some EPIC musical themes for 2016, and this is one of them! The convention actually has a very interesting pony backstory that links with the real world (you can read about it here, it even has a comic!) and this is the character theme for Queen Quake. With mighty riffs and instrumental from Cyril the Wolf and Tarby, dark lyrics from both SonyaLynn and Tarby, and mighty vocals from Strumpet-chan, this delightfully villainous piece with a Nightwish-y fragrance has got everything!
