SlightlyAmiss – Life to Lead (feat. Acouste Wholenote) | Hard Rock

Some musicians really get it. The start of this track has a profound message for many in this fandom. That piano solo paired with Acouste Wholenote‘s gentle vocal) says it all. There has been a dark cloud over the brony fandom since the series finale, but it doesn’t have to be that way, and don’t quit with the brony spirit; keep that vibrant and positive energy going! This is a song the fandom needs to hear; these musicians like Pony Life and plan on keeping the power of brony music going!

(Continued after the break)

The song then kicks in with positively charged hard rock. Those hyper blast beat drums and the guitar composition are perfect for delivering this kind of message. They get your blood pumping, and may  I say  that they’re even a bit hyper? Just like the Mane 6 in Pony Life! The Hard Rock fueled message is this: The fandom doesn’t end with FiM, regardless of whether you do or don’t like Pony Life. We as a fandom all said,  “We’re still here!”. Slightly and Acouste get it. Listen to their words. As musicians they  worked so hard,) and this fandom has given them so much. They refuse to let it end and don’t want others telling them the fandom stops because Pony Life isn’t FiM. The message is so wholesome. Add in the references from the first few episodes of the show. Plus some shout outs to fellow brony punkers Stealingshad3z and Crusader! and you’ve got a great song about keeping the brony spirit going. As always this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.

I like this, I thought it was pretty good. I’ll admit though, sometimes the vocals sounded a little flat. Other than that, this is great upbeat song for the fandom. Nicely done, and good descriptions Mr Qilin. ☺️👍

    • I going have to disagree do to the vocal tone of Acouste. That’s just how he sounds. The funny thing is that Slightly amiss a now apart of Horse Music Herald. This song gave me the instinct to actually ask him to join
