Vylet once again presents us with a lovely new track, acoustic this time ’round! This lovely combination of her vocals and a guitar is already amazing, but then there’s a little bit more that makes everything sound fuller and makes this track amazing! Definitely give this a listen, it is sure to relax you and chase all your troubles away, if even just for a little over two minutes.

MC-Arch – Level up | Hip-Hop
Well, well, well, MC-Arch delivers yet another massive banger hip-hop track, sporting a melody reminiscent of Of Monster And Men (especially their song “Dirty Paws”) and his usual powerful vocals! And of course no MC-Arch banger would be complete without a little Fluttershy vocal bit to start us off!
Arch packs a lot into this song with lyrics that are bursting at the seams with meaning, heavy rhymes, and a flow that’ll stick with you accompanied by an arrangement that goes from whistling and guitar to slow drums. I’ll try my best to give you the Cliffs Notes after the break!

This is not only a love song to hip-hop–it’s also a stand against misconceptions about and prejudice against (brony) hip-hoppers. I strongly advise reading the video description to fully understand this track. Lines like, “But if for changing hip-hop I’m the “Anomaly” | I’m doing something right, won’t stop or heed”, and, “But no matter who you think makes this appeal | A pistol on your hip don’t make you Real”, make this track shine, and there’s so much more, including quite a few pony lines like, “Biggups to the new gen, love to the old”, and, “The ponyboy still trottin’ his story”!
Now to the instrumental backing: It starts out with just an acoustic guitar (to the point you wouldn’t expect this to turn into rap), followed by a lovely whistling melody and drums. The instrumentation shifts brilliantly throughout the track to add emotion and let Arch’s vocals shine!
And now, to finish off, I wanna quote the final lines of the track:
“Listen, all the stuff that I’m responsible for… YGMIGU, SFTH… You can be more than just a believer in that–you can do it, too. Brony hip-hop just hip-hop… We can be MORE than however the cutthroat industry game is played. You DO have the power to turn your life around, which is what we both want, don’t we? Well, what are you waiting for?… Better make it count.”
Big thanks to TheCANderson for helping me proofread and perfect this article!

Rasputin song. Everything thrown together results in a banger French House track, and despite clocking in at 5 minutes 14 seconds it keeps you hooked and entertained. This track is definitely something worth checking out!

Evr!, a relatively new face to the fandom music scene, is making quite a splash lately with beautifully-crafted chillout music. Their latest track, Luminance, is a warm, atmospheric piece, perfect for when you want to just relax or feel immersed in peaceful waves of solitude. Chill percussion echoes in tandem with drifting melodies and gentle piano chords, as this track sparks imaginings of ambient rivers, peaceful forests, underwater dives, sandy beaches, and whatever other gentle landscapes bring peace to your mind. This ambient track is part of P@D’s newest album, “Dreamwalkers,” so be sure to check out the rest of the album, as well!
WoodenToaster – Rainbow Factory (Japkozjad & Hiverro Remix) | Dubstep
(Light content warning: slight grimdark theme)
It’s always a delight to see older songs get some love, and as one of the most famous tracks it feels very fitting that Rainbow Factory keeps getting remixed even to this day! Japkozjad and Hiverro definitely delivered a banger track featuring the usual heavy dubstep sounds that fit perfectly to what the track is about and great cover vocals this is a certified banger!
Makaryo – OPALINE (covering The Wilders) | Pop
Today I’m happy to present you with this charming cover of Opaline from Generation 5’s Tell Your Tale. Makaryo gives the track his very own spin with an enchanting male cover. His vocals are truly lovely, bringing both a sound of true malice and vocals flowing like silk this cover will hypnotise you and get you moving along with the vocals. From solo singing to layered vocals this sounds every bit as amazing as you’d hope and even more! This is definitely a cover to not miss, so give it a listen!
[P@D] R3CTIFIER & loophoof – Scholars | Melodic Dubstep
For Ponies at Dawn’s newest album, Dreamwalkers, loophoof has brought P@D veteran, R3CTIFIER, out of retirement to create “Scholars.” This colorful melodic dubstep tune features an uplifting melody, playful vocal chops, and bouncy wubs. Vocals from Celestia and Twilight enhance the track’s nostalgic vibe and highlight the value of being a true “scholar” of friendship!
Daniel Ingram – Time to Be Awesome (EveryDayDashie Remix) | Dubstep
The jack-of-all-genres EveryDayDashie brings us an orchestral dubstep remix of this iconic song from the 2017 movie. From the first hard-hitting note to RD’s modified vocals you know you’re in for a unique ride. The buildup will have you headbanging, and it only gets more intense from there. Keep an ear out for the fiddle, at which point the track really takes off. That combined with the G5 voice clips (in a G4 song!) really help to accentuate the rebellious spirit of the original track. You definitely won’t regret giving this one a listen!
Blurain – The Vow (Of Silence) | Alt. Rock
Blurain’s latest hit is about our favorite Kirin episode from G4. The intro makes good use of contrast, alternating between different guitar sounds before letting rip in the main chorus. The track is particularly intense in the middle with Blurain dropping to a whisper only to follow with a rousing scream! The rest of his vocal performance is equally impressive and his voice has a lovely twang to it which gives the song so much character. Keep your ears open for the lyrics too! There’s tons of great pairings such as “let their words find their release” and “make you keep your peace” which perfectly and poetically describe the Kirin’s tale. Fantastic job! I can’t wait to hear what you make next.
