Crystal Slave – Omniphobia Mk. II (feat. Budzy) | Electronic

NB: The original video was deleted, the above is an archive re-upload.

Crystal Slave gives a new spin to his Omniphobia track for this year’s Nightmare Night, gathering the help of Budzy for extra Dubstep greatness. Eerie and dark as you could wish, this song is also of much beauty, featuring the amazing and renowned vocals from Crystal Slave, now with an extra dark twist. For more songs of this kind, I highly recommend checking out Crystal’s older songs on his channel!

Totalspark – What Once Was (feat. Itchigotchi) | Chillstep

Emotional music master Totalspark went all-out with this new release, gathering the vocal talents of Itchigotchi and contributing to a most wonderful duet with his own vocals as well. Deep piano melodies and powerful strings fill the incredible instrumental with much emotion, as it gets sublimated by beautiful vocals from both singers.

[P@D] Suskii -Take Flight | Melodic Dubstep

NB: This was originally posted on Equestria Daily on 23 October 2016.

Suskii returns with an original track, that takes a much more melodic tone than some of their earlier features. With a really nice arpeggiated melody and powerful chords building up to a heavy melodic drop interspersed with some heavy dubstep sounds, this track is pretty great. I especially like the strong vocal-sounding growl. Definitely worth a listen if you want some awesome melodic dubstep!

‘Shy – Rainbow Falls | Melodic Dubstep

NB: This was originally posted on Equestria Daily on 23 October 2016.

‘Shy is fast becoming a regular here, with some pretty consistently enjoyable releases. Here they’ve tackled melodic dubstep, with a pretty upbeat  track about the Rainbow Falls. With some fun chords included throughout this track builds up pretty well to some high energy drops, that have some cool sound design, but mostly focus on the powerful chords that carry the track. Definitely worth checking out!

Progressive Element – Undead Ponies (Einarx Remix) | Hybrid Dubstep

An impressive all-time banger, Undead Ponies from Progressive Element continues to inspire and even more so now 28 Pranks Later, and we’re delighted to get Einarx’s much heavy take on it, filled with sick sound design and wicked samples. The thrill is real!

[P@D] Hyprah – Isolation / Mantlegen & Einarx – Dreadnaught | Dubstep

Fresh face, fresh music. With their first ever release under this alias, Hyprah is a welcome new addition to the Ponies At Dawn collective with what’s promising to be a set of great production skills. Check out their song Isolation from the new album.

The only thing we have to fear is fear itself…and spiders” – probably not FDR.

Two of the prominent members of Magnus Records, the South Korean internet-based label, Mantlegen and Einarx have both appeared on previous Ponies At Dawn albums and now team up to combine forces to make a track with some absolutely mental sound design. Not one for the faint-hearted.

Daniel Ingram – A Changeling Can Change (Einarx Remix)

Einarx joins the plentiful number of people who’ve taken on this song to remix it, and the results are pretty good. Vocal splicing and wubs, a relatively standard combination, but hey, sometimes if it ain’t broke you don’t need to fix it.

Ponies At Dawn – Voyager | Compilation Album | Multi-Genre

Here it is, what’s bound to be the best Ponies At Dawn album yet. With each new album comes both a new selection of artists as well as some of the great ones who have been around for a while – something that is in my opinion the best balance when compiling brony music.

The album is available completely for free on Bandcamp, or you pay whatever amount you wish for it. You can expect to see many of the songs from it posted on the site in the coming days and weeks!

[P@D] AJ Young – Get Dirty | Dubstep

Marking his debut on the channel, AJ Young is next up in our collection of P@D preview exclusives on Cider Party. The buildups in this contain fantastic uplifting melodies and they then transition into the drop seemingly out of nowhere, yet it works brilliantly.
