Tripon – Dark of the Moon VIP | Drum & Bass / Neurofunk

Tripon’s made a VIP of his song Dark of the Moon, and it’s absolutely delicious. Dark, deep, sinister, and gritty, it’s a very Nightmare Moon-esque track. With Nightmare Night coming up, this is definitely going to see a lot of plays on my hard drive.

[ASoS] SkyAudioPony – Rainstorm | Complextro

SkyAudioPony blends pads and very sweet plucks to wonderful effect. Introspective, a little sad, and hopeful all at once, it’s a superb song. Much like a rainy day, it invites you to consider many things that you hadn’t been before. Fluttershy watches the clouds drift by, as a ray of light shines down and makes a rainbow.

The song is available as part of A State of Sugar’s compilation album Lollipop.

[ASoS] Violin Melody – Raindrop | Progressive House / Trance

Violin Melody’s submission to the A State of Sugar’s album: Lollipop is pretty uplifting and sweet! The House elements are perfectly mixed with the trance elements. This track really represents the cold feeling of the raindrops in the winter. Really experimental and in an album full of uplifting, chilling and sweet songs, Raindrop is certainly one of the most avant-garde from the group!

Download or buy Lollipop at A State of Sugar’s bandcamp.

Daniel Ingram – Dance Magic (Delta Brony Remix) | Electro House / Big Room House

Delta Brony returns with a remix of one of the songs from one of the recents Equestria Girls shorts. This remix is pretty good, I loved the drop mostly, reminding me of the modern House acts like David Guetta or Calvin Harris (Motion era). This drops also have Big Room elements that reminds artists like Nicky Romero and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. This song is really danceable and uplifting. You should really check out.

Ponytronic – Summer Tea Time | Future Bass / Chillstep

Ponytronic returns with this chill and awesome track about Octavia. The drops are really minimal and experimental. The “downtempo” look like drum beats are also well performed. Also the bell sample used in the drums is also pretty smart and experimental! Warm and minimalistic Future Bass for drinking your tea while you are relaxing in the camp! Octavia should be proud of this track Ponytronic!

Elias Frost – Mad Twience (Covering Daniel Ingram) | Synthpop / New Wave

Russian musician Elias Frost returns with a 80’s Synthpop / New Wave cover of one of the songs from the Equestria Girls shorts.

Elias Frost’s vocals capacity fits with this Synthpop instrumental, proving also that Elias is a good player and also a good vocalist. This cover really will take you on a journey through the 80’s New Wave scene! You really will enjoy and love this amazing cover, if you are into the popular rock music of the beginnings of the 80’s. Elias Frost is an experimentalist in the rock/metal genre, always coming with new genres for his tracks and this cover proves it! All that robotic vocals, I love them!
