This fun track is from Mane In Green, who was in inspired by a short theme from the recent episode Horse Play. Expanding on the theme composed by composer William Anderson, Mane In Green’s track explodes with jubilant Celtic flavor and dancing fun! Be sure to grab a download of the track from Mane In Green’s Bandcamp or Pony.fm page for when the need to break out in a jig arises.

Daniel Ingram – Time To Be Awesome (NeverLastStanding Arrangement) | Orchestral
NB: This was originally posted on Equestria Daily on 11 May 2018.
NeverLastStanding’s been hard at work and he’s put together a full arrangement of Time To Be Awesome, with sheet music included! It’s a pretty cool undertaking, and it reflects the fun sound of the track perfectly.
Jyc Row – Sombra Boss Theme | Orchestral
NB: This was originally posted on Equestria Daily on 1 May 2018.
With a lack of clarity currently surrounding the development of Friendship is Epic, Jyc Row has decided to release some of the music he had composed for the game. Here we have this superb theme for Sombra that aims to put the player in the mindset of an intense final fight, which is does through the use of epic strings and percussion, with some lovely composition too.
Mane In Green – Fluttergoth Takes Manehattan | Orchestral
Here is an interesting, gothic-style orchestral piece! Mane In Green goes all out on the haunted, spooky feel in this fun, upbeat tribute to Fluttergoth from the recent “Fake It Til You Make It” episode. Fluttergoth Takes Manhattan utilizes the pipe organ, violins, and choir “aahs” very well to establish the dark tone of the song, while incorporating a bouncy harpsichord and unique percussion instruments to keep the overall track energetic. Add in some epic bells and Mane In Green’s extraordinary talent for composition and mixing and you’ve got a very unique and creative song!
Rarity Advocate – The Runaway Balloon | Orchestral
This track is just as zany as its title makes it sound! Rarity Advocate brings us this crazy, animated, orchestral piece as a tribute to Cherry Berry, the best balloon pony! The full instrumentation is on display, from the booming low brass that sets the rhythm throughout, to the fast violins keeping the insanity going, all the way to the slide whistle! The Runaway Balloon is a quick track and fun treat so be sure to check it out!
Zythiria – Far North (2018 Remake) | Orchestral
Zythiria is the new alias of SkyAudioPony, who’s been making music since 2016, and they’ve recently remade one of their older tracks. This version of Far North incorporates more orchestral elements than the original, but still maintains some electronic elements.
Equestria Electric Symphony Orchestra – Wandering (Sweet Apple Acres) | Show Tune
It’s always exciting to see what Equestria Electric Symphony Orchestra comes up with next! For a relatively new producer in the fandom, EESO always finds a way to be charming and play from the heart. Wandering is another great example of that sentimentality as this early Broadway-style track has the right amount of country feel, mixed with a spring-in-your-step kind of beat, and vocals singing of a bright outlook for our favorite older Apple sister. The song details Applejack’s trip back to the family farm after her trip to Manehatten as a filly. The whole track is warm and brilliant, and such a genuine piece of uplifting composition!
[P@D] Wandering Artist – Prance, Think, Prance Again | Orchestral
NB: This was originally posted on Equestria Daily on 22 April 2018.
Wandering Artist (or John Doe) is back with some more deer-y pony music! Originally intended for the Pony Town soundtrack, this piece evidently evolved into something a bit more than that, with some gorgeous complexity and dynamics throughout the piece. The composition is soft and playful, making great use of piano, strings and more.
Rarity Advocate – Pavane for a Grey Mare | Piano
Rarity Advocate’s little piece for Tavi here is a solemn and mellow duet for piano and, of course, cello. It goes through various stages, the different sounds of despair broken up by a brief moment of happiness halfway through, before the dark, deep bass notes of the piano toll loudly. So yeah, kinda sad.
Jyc Row – Beauty | Orchestral
Continuing his theme of orchestral tunes for the six legendary pillars, Jyc Row introduces us to his tribute for Mistmane. Learning some new tricks in instrumentation and composition, Jyc Row gives us a nice change of pace with an Asian-themed score, using several instruments indigenous to the continent. The track begins with a very full sound, despite only using a few instruments, then builds into a grandiose, epic soundtrack for the most generous of the pillars. All of the characteristics of a typical JR score are there too, reminding us all why he is one of the premier producers in our music fandom!
