[ASoS] Violin Melody – Raindrop | Progressive House / Trance

Violin Melody’s submission to the A State of Sugar’s album: Lollipop is pretty uplifting and sweet! The House elements are perfectly mixed with the trance elements. This track really represents the cold feeling of the raindrops in the winter. Really experimental and in an album full of uplifting, chilling and sweet songs, Raindrop is certainly one of the most avant-garde from the group!

Download or buy Lollipop at A State of Sugar’s bandcamp.

Ponytronic returns with this chill and awesome track about Octavia. The drops are really minimal and experimental. The “downtempo” look like drum beats are also well performed. Also the bell sample used in the drums is also pretty smart and experimental! Warm and minimalistic Future Bass for drinking your tea while you are relaxing in the camp! Octavia should be proud of this track Ponytronic!

Radiarc – All That’s Left | Chillout

Radiarc’s music is always a delight to listen to. He’s so good at peaceful, rather deep and introspective stuff. Here, he uses vocals to powerful atmospheric effect, in a immensely relaxing composition. It conjures up visions of the ponies exploring dark, cold caves in the far north, distant from civilization.

[LDB] Metapony – Breaking of Day | Electro House

Metapony’s created a beautifully melodic composition in Breaking of Day. It’s upbeat, happy, and energetic, with a certain power to it as well. The synths are simply divine, with glorious saws and a beat that’s just the right around of hard. You can get it on the new Lycan Dese Beats album!

Sprocket – Perchance To Dream | Alternative Rock / Blues Rock / Alternative Dance

Coming from the concept album The Princess Variations, Sprocket delivers a 6 minutes track full of emotion and commitment in the track, that I must say, it’s amazing!

The first part reminds me of Supermassive Black Hole by Muse, then Sprocket vocals are soo Blues vocals, also I can feel in the second part of the song some Blues Rock influence with the mix between the guitar riff and the keyboard sounds. Sprocket vocals are really flexible from highs look-a-like David Bowie and the vox vocals look like some really cool modern Alternative Dance band. The guitar riff is really amazing, so chill, along with the bass that is listenable are is so satisfying.

6 minutes of pure awesomeness! Listen to the track, is really amazing! Also, don’t forget to download/buy The Princess Variations on his bandcamp!
