Sights Unseen -Stars Collide | Alternate Electronic

Sights Unseen has just released a huge (18 songs!) new album and as such has uploaded the title track to youtube. It tells a very human story of loneliness through the lens of our favourite princess of the night. It’s very emotional and very Sights.

Crystal Slave – Ghost in my Heart | Electro-Pop

NB: The original video was deleted, the above is an archive re-upload.

Woo! Got a super fun tune here from Crystal Slave. Catchy vocals and arpeggiating chip tune leads bounce along over top of a grooving reverse bass to create a deceptively upbeat track considering it’s seemingly inspired by Pinkamena. But perhaps that’s part of the message 🙂

Silver Note – Let It Go | Electro-Pop

Got a fun original tune here from Silver Note. The poppy lyrics point out that if you don’t think you’re a dancer, there’s really only one thing you need to do to change that: just get to moving! Great job on both the beat and vocal delivery.

Neon Skyler – Vintage Dreams | Pop

If you’re looking for some stylish rapping over a poppy beat, consider checking out this new track by Neon Skyler. The song explores how Rarity- like many of us- can have the tendency to get so caught up in what they love that we can saturate ourselves with stress and spiral into burnout in pursuit of perfection.

ChickenSteve – We’ll Be With You | Electro-Pop

I haven’t heard of ChickenSteve’s music before, but he’s apparently been making music for about a year now. Here’s his most recent track, We’ll Be With You, an upbeat redemption song of sorts for Starlight Glimmer.

Daniel Ingram – The Magic Inside (EnergyTone Cover) [feat. M-G UniNew & Alios] | Pop-Rock

The Magic Inside is one of the most powerful songs we’ve had in 5 seasons of pony, and here EnergyTone and friends have managed to turn it onto a pumping pop-rock tune that ultimately sounds pretty awesome and professional, so check it out if that sounds like it’s for you!

Rusty Thorsell – The Gallmorian Curse | Indie Pop

Rusty Thorsell brings us an interesting and somewhat ominous vocal tune about, in his own words ‘extremism and fanatacism’. The chorus of this track is pretty catchy, and easy to bob along to, regardless of the sombre tone of the song. Overall, it’s pretty well together, and something different to listen to.

Sights Unseen – I Won’t Die | Orchestral Pop

Sights Unseen has been branching out into music about things other than multi-coloured equines (5 Nights at Freddy’s and The Walking Dead, for example), but here he returns to pony with a thought-provoking track about everybody’s favourite purple protagonist, Twilight Sparkle.
