It is P@D month! That means amazing music and incredible textures! Enigma promised and the rock/metal/punk scene promised a lot! This track it’s probably the best track that Thrasher ever produced to a P@D album, you know that 2 big bands called Meshugahh and The Dillinger Escape Plan? Well Thrasher actually managed to mix the sound of that 2 bands and make the best track out of P@D! A treat for true metalheads like me that will make you try not to headbang!
And now a public announcement: download Enigma on P@D bandcamp and support amazing artists!
Punk
[P@D] Quicksilver & The L-Train – Stolen Time | Melodic Metalcore
The rock/metal/punk scene in Enigma the newest album from P@D is really promising and amazing! This track is an example! The L-Train delivers the amazing riffs and solos with the harsh vocals coming from the brony pop punk legend Quicksilver! The breakdown at the end is soo good, I really want now to go back in time and listen to some Bullet From My Valentine or old school Killswitch Engage!
Download or buy Enigma on P@D bandcamp, you will love it!

New song by Luck Rock guys!! You know what that means! Awesome rock and pony spirit! Going all-out and gathering the help of many local brony friends, Luck created a wondeful tribute to Trixie and her character development with the power of rock music. Joyful guitar riffs are completing the very lovely vocals for an uplifting blend that represents Trixie’s spirit so well as she goes to perform her shows. Can’t wait to hear this one live and contribute! Let’s cheer for Luck Rock and Trixie everypony! Wooooo!!
Francis Vace – Open Skies (Covering EnsionD & Evdog) | Third Wave Ska / Chiptune
Covering one of the very best classics of P@D, Francis Vace gives to the amazing EDM anthem his classic ska vibes with the funny bass and the typical vocal performance of Vace! You did great here Vace, keep doing your thing!
Metal Core Pony – Security | Metalcore
This Metalcore treat has just the perfect vibes to transcribe that part of Trixie’s past and character depth, blasting both harsh and soft vocals along a blissful and emotional instrumental. Partaking in the melodies, the emotions, the sound of the guitars and the drums… we sympathize in harmony and send our love to Trixie, for she may be feeling it!
Burning Halo – Abandoned | Alternative Rock
If you didn’t know of Burning Halo before, congrats, you just got a new awesome subscription to add! Abandoned shows the musician’s fine rock tastes, with tasty drums play and aggressive riffs near the end of the song, all while sustaining fresh Pop-Punk vibes all throughout. An awesome tribute to Starlight’s past and character depth!
EnergyTone – Пони-почтальон | Rock
Derpy song incoming at high speed, landing on your face! Not pizza. (Show reference intended.) EnergyTone sings an ode to our beloved mailmare in Russian, along a very rocking instrumental. It overall makes for a lovely and fun tune, cheering for Derpy with love and the power of rock music!
Quicksilver feat. Hackd – Showmare (Remaster) | Punk
Quicksilver has been on a hot streak releasing tracks over the last month and this time he revisits the time he teamed up with Hackd for something extra special! Showmare is about Trixie in her debut episode, with Quicksilver and Hackd switching off on vocal parts. The track features the upbeat, punk-style feel you know Quicksilver for with a sweet solo in the middle and excellent drums and guitars throughout.
Quicksilver – Fix My Head | Pop Punk
Quicksilver keeps the hits rolling with another fun track, and this time it is about Rarity’s punk hairdo from season 7. Quicksilver describes the emotional struggles Rarity faced having so much of her identity and public image lost to a bad hair mix-up. Fix My Head has all the traits of a classic 90s pop-punk hit: fast, fun guitars, a driving bass and moving percussion, and energetic vocals .
Quicksilver – Night Shifts and Politics | Punk
Quicksilver is an expert in creating awesome rock tracks and this time it is based off of a very beloved episode, A Royal Problem. “Night Shifts and Politics” is Luna’s vocal narrative of wanting to make the trade back for her job as the princess of the night instead of dealing with all the daytime politics. The track has great guitar work, a driving percussive beat, and all the elements for which we love the veteran rocker!
