John Doe – Falling | Soundtrack

Another OST track composed by John Doe for the fan game Pony Town, Falling feels like the kind of field BGM you’d hear on a leisurely walk in some forest area near a stream of pure water, gathering items/ingredients and marveling at the many autumnal charms of the Nature around you. The clopping sounds at the end are the icing on the cake, and delightfully remind of the context of the track!

[P@D] R3CTIFIER & StrachAttack – Grimoire | Dubstep

Masters of slick bangers R3CTIFIER and StrachAttack teamed up for Ponies at Dawn Anthology, and what a tune they made! Highlighting the magic of their collaboration, it features top-notch pony vocal chops and very pony-like melodies for a blissful result. The cover art by Sora is definitely embodying the concept well and further complements the song with thoughts of Starlight’s huge magical potential!

ertrii – Aurora | Liquid Drum & Bass

With a title and concept reminding of such OST tracks as Jeremy Soule’s Aurora and the appreciation of Nature they call forth for people like me, this new release from Ertrii sure got that Chillout nightly vibe going on. Especially in the second part, or the “break”, you can feel that awe from gazing at an aurora in the night sky, transcribed perfectly in musical format, delivering an emotional BGM of choice for such a contemplative moment of appreciation. Definitely a powerful piece from Ertrii who keeps delighting us with soothing themes and exploration of many different genres!

[P@D] DJ Gestap & Lily Stilson – Iridescent Turbulence | Uplifting Trance

Anthology, a bunch of goldie oldies and a bunch fresh new horse tunes! And what can be more fresh than when 2 Pony Trance Gods collab together?! DJ Gestap and Lily Stilson bring that feels and emotions on this amazing track!

Mostly remember my times when I listened to some Paul Van Dyk and Robert Miles (RIP Sir) or even some old school DJ Tiësto when I was studying for a Maths exam! But this song done by the 2 of the big 4 of Pony Trance, really made my day, with wild synth work and amazing drumming, both artists did really well!

Download or buy Anthology in a bandcamp near your or buy a CD merchandise of the album! (Only for rich people, if you a poor person like me, just download it and dance, it’s my best advice right now).

Ponylution – Melancholy | Lo-fi Hip-Hop

A short yet inspired piece, Melancholy has that Chillout vibe that really fits well to the scene of the cover art. It also displays beautiful melodies on piano that would make the track a BGM of choice for a bar or a café!

[P@D] Mantlegen & Einarx – Hidden Piece | Dubstep

It’s always a feast getting such hard-hitting bangers from Magnus Records musicians, and we’re delighted to have Mantlegen and Einarx delivering their new incredible Dubstep banger through P@D Anthology! Bringing beautiful pony vocal chops and crazy wubs in the drops, this track also has a quite rich concept. Inspired by a novel, the story of this track is about a virtual reality game in the future that connects to Equestria, and in which ponies appear! With a new danger appearing, a new Mane 6 stands to protect Equestria from it, and they find the remnant of the Elements of Harmony, which is a Hidden Piece!

Elias Frost – In the Rain | Rock / Metal

A delightful treat, Elias Frost’s own response to Punk Rarity’s determination and beauty of the inside in S07E19 It Isn’t the Mane Thing About You is a Gothic-inspired rock piece with blissful riffs and fitting synths reflecting Rarity’s strength and passion as she shines from the inside out. The guitar solos are top-notch and overall In the Rain is quite the choon to jam and headbang to, giving homage to Rarity! Definitely a piece that she would listen to, to remind her of her fabulous self!

[P@D] Replacer – Paper Lady | Indie Pop / Hip-Hop

One of my top favorites from P@D Anthology, this new very unique track from Replacer has got quite an intricate and elaborate story set in the past Equestria, and it’s told through poetic lyrics and blissful vocals through an instrumental of many wonders. Acoustic guitar, synths that will remind you of some Classic Rock and Prog Rock goldies from the 70s, and even an Ambient part, this masterpiece of a track is quite the unique gem. Replacer even drew the cover art himself, representing the character from the story!

174UDSI – Fly Back Home | Uplifting Trance

With a concept perhaps inspired by Legacy350’s godly art, as Dawn of the Stars was used for the thumbnail, Fly Back Home is a delightful piece made in pure 174UDSI Uplifting Trance style, and it definitely fits well to the theme of coming back home after some perilous and adventurous journey in space. Get those happy synths and beats and shake your tail to celebrate the return of our heroes!
