A long-awaited release, Peshka’s tribute to his beloved Best Princess was sung with the heart and the lyrics are hot like the sun, if you know what I mean! The rock instrumental is such a bliss, and along the amazing vocals sung in French with much passion and inspiration, this Celestia song is such a lovely and catchy tune to come back to! One More!

Elias Frost – Banished | Symphonic Gothic Metal
A gorgeous ode to Luna and the fateful events around her banishment to the moon that we are all familiar with, Banished is full of Elias’ mighty talent at strong and emotional vocals, all while carrying a powerful progression including choruses and an epic guitar solo part. Icing on the cake, the track also fittingly covers William Anderson’s Luna’s Theme from the show, that you can hear in BGMs such as Your Own Shadow from the episode Bloom and Gloom.
AJ Young – Witchcraft & Wubbery | Dubstep
AJ Young has a new EP out, which you can find here. This is the title track, which is deliciously wubbly. The vocals are so chopped as to become another part of the instrumentation, and it sounds nice and spooky. Fitting, as we’re almost upon Nightmare Night!

For those who don’t remember, Full Flavor was made popular by Karetus’ eponymous track, and it was shortly followed on in the community by Trinity and Nexaka’s Poison Joke that also got posted on Cider Party!

Another of the new shining gems from the just-released compilation album from Ponyville Ciderfest, this VIP of loophoof’s iconic Would Stay does wonders at bringing back those happy and emotional Twilight vibes from the original, while adding new samples in the mix and delivering a new arrangement full of awesome ideas making it very refined. It’s sparkling like Twilight!

BlueBrony has always excelled at making songs in ways no one else could think, while maintaining a very high quality to the track – in any genre! Featured on the most recent Ponies at Dawn release, Enigma, BlueBrony manages to standout among the fandom’s best of the best with Imperfection. The chord progression and choices are perfect, controlling emotion as it swings between anguish, confused, and hopeful. The song is a narrative from Sweetie Bot’s point of view and despite being about a robot, is perhaps one of the most relatable songs this fandom has produced. The vocals sings of how Sweetie Bot wants her programming reset and memories flushed because it does not work correctly; her circuits and functionality creating limitations she feels the need to exceed. This masterpiece is beautiful, touching, and guaranteed to move you – just try to listen without tearing up!

A brand new charity compilation album appeared in honor of the upcoming music festival & con Ponyville Ciderfest, and we’re kicking it off with a fresh round of cider! One of the new pony songs from the album made for the occasion, TCB‘s Dubstep banger is themed around the recent S8 finale and delivers such insane sound design along mad Cozy Glow samples. Beware of that pony!
FilledSilhoutte – Annexation | Ambient
Part of a new upcoming concept album, “The New Form”, Annexation is a delightful Ambient song that really sets an incredible atmosphere with those deep synths and also hoofsteps. Icing on the cake, the electronic experimental/psychedelic synths near the end are reminding me of early electronic music pioneers such as Klaus Schulze, and it’s a real bliss! Reverbrony’s newest piece does fit those epic vibes from Applejack’s look in that artwork, with over 5 minutes of heavy riffs and mad drums play. The lead guitar solo near the end is the peak of the song, bringing that Outlaw legacy and amping it to the loudest!
