Following the release party on Saturday, A State of Sugar’s latest album is now available to download! Not only is their 10th album released in just over 5 years, but it’s also their biggest one yet with 59 unique songs! We’ll be bringing you individual songs from the album as they’re released by the artists, so why not get acquainted with the whole compilation in the meantime?

It’s late notice, but it’s happening!!!11!1! A State of Sugar, the brony fandom’s sweetest music collective, are releasing their latest album Doughnut tomorrow! Not only will there be an album livestream hosted on PonyvilleFM, playing through the new album in its entirety, but also a release party in Pony Town on the events server. The party starts at 3pm UTC (10am Eastern); set your alarms now because there’s less than 24 hours to go!
The album is also available to pre-order on A State of Sugar’s bandcamp page, and will be released after the party.
HAPPENING TONIGHT: Drummershy, one of the brony fandom’s most proficient live performers, is hosting an online concert this very evening! The event is due to feature performances of the music of prog rock legends such Rush and Porcupine Tree, as well as songs that the man himself helped create. Be sure to tune into Drummershy’s Twitch channel at 8pm Eastern and follow him on Twitter for more updates!

Last month had another bountiful selection of music to choose from – going by Luck’s September playlist, there’s over 150 songs to choose from in this month’s voting! As always you can vote for between 3 and 10 songs as long using the form in the video description and stay tuned later this month to discover the community favourites. Algo’s latest musical offering certainly lives up to its name! Like many common lullabies, it’s incredibly relaxing yet the lyrics are twinged with sadness. It’s a beautifully simple piece of music made up of just 4 components – guitar, voice, drum and strings – but sometimes that’s all you need to tell a compelling story.
After at least a year in the making, Nyanakaru has finally completed his newest album. As it happens, we’ve actually covered each one of these single releases so far (some under his former alias). You can check those out below. The last addition to this is True Colors, an intensely dark and heavy glitchy drumstep-like song – I’m not entirely sure how to describe it, so I recommend taking a listen yourself!
