ARE YOU READY TO GO HARDCORE? Time for another feature from the upcoming Ponies At Dawn album, Voyager, and a track from two excellent producers from the heavier side of the electronic music scene. Combine GROskAr’s affinity for heavy growls and NLD’s experience making hardcore and you get this madness, with an apt title too!

&I ft. Chi-Chi – Into The Green (ThisSideOfOblivion Remix) | Synthpop
We were a bit late picking up on this one, but that’s understandable when it’s someone who’s only recently started publishing music! This remix of the classic Into The Green from ThisSideOfOblivion follows a sort of dark-ish synthpop style and even features some custom vocal chopping – always nice to see people take on that stylistic element.
4everfreebrony – Bound With Time | Pop-Rock
Our inbox seems to have been full of 4everfreebrony recently (hint hint, more to come). Here’s a new song from him touching on the topic of Twilight and immortality, similar to Stay, his first song released since his return home. Those two are also due to be featured on an album he’s working on, so that’s definitely something to look forward to!
4everfreebrony – Hoping (DJRedSky Remix/Cover) | Deep House
Based on a cover DJRS himself did of the 4everfreebrony song Hoping from about a year ago, they’ve gone and remixed it using the vocal track from said version. Turns out those vocals sped up to ~120bpm work pretty well with a deep house style beat underneath, with the instruments following a classic 90s house feel – a both chill and blissful rendition of the original.

[P@D] Phoxi & VooDoo – Indolence | Future
DID SOMEONE SAY NEW PONIES AT DAWN ALBUM PREVIEW? That’s right, with the new P@D album Voyager coming up in a week’s time, Cider Party are bringing us some exclusive features on songs on the album before the release. First up is a future track from regular Phoxi and under-the-radar producer VooDoo, with a nice little shoutout to the promoter halfway through the track 😉
By the way, Voyager is available to pre-order for $1 or more, but upon release you can get it entirely for free!
Vylet Pony – Love Letters | Album | Electronic
Making a seemingly very speedy turnaround from the release of Super Pony World this summer, Vylet’s back with another album, this one about Rarity. Not quite as monumental as SPW, however Love Letters still contains 12 tracks, more than qualifying it for a full album status. Read on for a look at each track one-by-one as it transitions through many phases of electronic music with hints of jaaazzzz.
Denz Xavier – Strangeville | Alt. Rock
Ahhh, it’s nice to hear to some riff-driven alt rock from Denz again. While the vocals and lyrics could still be improved, his tone of voice and the effects used on his guitars remind me of the band Kasabian (always a good thing in my books when my taste in music is stuck around 2010 xD).
GhostXb – Triumph at Last | Chiptune Rock
Cute song is cute. As stated in the video’s description, this is the very first song Ghost made as a ‘brony musician’. I’m impressed by his wide scope of his production, given that it ranges and changes from orchestral, to metal, and now seemingly some electronic-influenced stuff too! Definitely not a one trick pony (hahaha so original).
YourEnigma – On Hold (Intersekt Remix) | Drum & Bass
Although it lacks Rhyme Flow’s vocals from the original, this remix of the classic On Hold from Intersekt still takes a great new approach to the original. It’s more of a reworked version of a previous remix, featured on the /MLP/ Plays album from a few months ago.
