There’s a lot to be excited about when a talented artist takes a familiar, if underrated G4 song and turns it into something that feels new while also making it easy and natural to sing along on your first listen! Cosmonaut Pony sings their own version of the the Pony Pokey from “The Best Night Ever” with a crazy catchy twist on the sound design! Buzzing synths and synth guitar fill the air as the pleasingly stylized vocals take you on a ride through the deep, echoing party soundscape. Is it a cover? Is it a remix? Koron Korak – Luna Wants War | Electro

Luna was already quite competitively minded when she visited Ponyville during Nightmare Night, but Koron Korak takes it up a notch with this track! The high energy rhythm is underlined by the heavy synth pounding down on you, a constantly evolving beat, and a clever and prominent inclusion of an electric guitar. Topping the package off with Luna’s voice sprinkled in throughout the whole track, Luna Wants War will effortlessly impress itself into your memory!

Twilike Wonder – Destiny | Future Bass / Pop

Twilike always brings something cool to the table and Destiny is no exception! A song that categorizes Misty’s internal struggle and bright future lets us know right away of what we’re getting ourselves into. The intro of plucked strings and guitars, and the repeatedly rising melody of the piano immediately gives off a sense of hope yet, struggle. This emotional beginning is followed by the beautiful and haunting synth lead and signature crisp vocals which give this track a texture and depth you can feel! Destiny is not a track to sleep on, and has personally gotten me excited to see where our timid blue horse will go next!

Thrack, 4EverfreeBrony, and Ocean Breeze have formed a trio (accompanied by Jesh PK) to sing this lovely carol about the holiday spirit, backed by piano, guitar, and chimes. The three take turns singing about fun holiday traditions like decorating and playing in the snow, in addition to hope, joy, and all the warm fuzzies. The best part is when their voices come all together in harmony during the chorus – tt’s absolutely delightful and sure to warm you up! Also can someone give me pointers on how to make 10 foot tall snow ponies? Y’all have some serious skills.

Today we’re covering a track made by a newer artist to the fandom, ThatBaconHairGirl, who’s been pumping out remixes left and right for the last 6 months. This one’s a take on a holiday tune from Tell Your Tale; it maintains the warmth of the guitars and vocals, but doesn’t stay too cozy as it immediately spices things up with a variety of percussive sounds and effects before swinging right into the original drop, making it bigger and better than before. It’s sure to put a smile on your face!
