[P@D] Ditzy – Reborn [Chillout/House]

Ditzy’s not produced much recently, but here’s a slightly older track from them that’s only now reached YouTube! They really know how to build an atmosphere and gorgeous pad sounds combine here with sparkling plucks and bells to produce a mystical soundscape.

Not an especially new track, but one that never reached YouTube until now, Cloud Estrizer is a gorgeous future bass-styled chill track from Kaia, an alternative alias of AdamTh3Walker. The piece has some truly terrific use of percussion, big band instrumentation and subtle plucks that helps create a gorgeous little soundscape.

A Symphony of Two – A Moment of Relief | Chill IDM

Knew more for their wonderful experimental orchestral compositions, the French duo A Symphony of Two returns with a delightful and experimental IDM track that amazed me. Chilling and atmospheric IDM with Downtempo elements that stole my heart when I listen to the first drum beats. With vocals done by Blue Note (one of the elements of AST) that fit with the ambience and atmosphere of the instrumental with some really weird and experimental synths that really are the main thing in the song. The drums with the classical breakcore/IDM feeling that are slowed down for fit in the synth are well performed and really amazing. This song amazed me and it’s really atmospheric that I’ll use it while I’m studying for exams!

ArkticSkies – Timeless | Chillout

Spacy synths and smooth bass collide in Timeless, a song about Starlight and Twilight’s battle in Season 5. It’s supremely relaxing and blissful, with dancing points of light frozen in sound. Every melodic wubble and tick-tock is a letter in the endless story of eternity.

Totalspark – Aurora Borealis (Ataraxia Reimagination) | Chillwave

Another sweet piece in this fandom is Ataraxia’s take on Totalspark’s song “Aurora Borealis”. The song makes for a good background track for a movie or a really awesome music video. Piano, pads and vocals totally get you the vibes of drifting away into the sky while you’re in dreamland. This isn’t one to skip out on because you’re definitely up for a nice dream trip with this one.

Filly in the Box tries out some new stuff in The Hills beyond Equestria. Chilling and tranquil, it’s the picture of serenity. Wonderfully soothing synths play beautiful melodies to just-heavy-enough-drums. This track conjures up magical vistas of Twilight exploring uncharted lands with all her friends.

Ponytronic – Summer Tea Time | Future Bass / Chillstep

Ponytronic returns with this chill and awesome track about Octavia. The drops are really minimal and experimental. The “downtempo” look like drum beats are also well performed. Also the bell sample used in the drums is also pretty smart and experimental! Warm and minimalistic Future Bass for drinking your tea while you are relaxing in the camp! Octavia should be proud of this track Ponytronic!

Radiarc – All That’s Left | Chillout

Radiarc’s music is always a delight to listen to. He’s so good at peaceful, rather deep and introspective stuff. Here, he uses vocals to powerful atmospheric effect, in a immensely relaxing composition. It conjures up visions of the ponies exploring dark, cold caves in the far north, distant from civilization.

Nicolas Dominique – Missing | Ambient / Chillout

Another great song coming from Nicolas Dominique. I guess that Nicolas is the Tim Hecker of the brony fandom. When we think about brony ambient/progressive electronics, Nicolas Dominique is the first name that comes out of our mind.

Missing describes Nicolas’ theory in what happened to AJ’s parents. They disappeared in the middle of Everfree Forest. And I clearly can feel the emotions in the song that represent the feeling of know that someone you love disappeared and police is trying to find what happened. Good track for a movie/series where the police investigate kidnappings.

Listen to this song, the progressions of the synth bring more and more emotions and feelings.
