Jack of all electronic trades Dynamite Grizzly comes through with a cooled drum & bass tune and fans will be happy to know Grizzly’s knack for incredibly funky basses is appropriately on display here. The synth layering, chant vocals, and breaks all contribute to the freezing atmosphere one would expect from Yakyakistan.
[ASOS] Nevermourn & Paloris – Night Time Lullabies | Liquid Drum & Bass
Drumscape Library is back with another new release, one from A State of Sugar’s Bubblegum, this time by channel regular Nevermourn and the wonderfully talented Paloris. This track is very appropriately titled, as the soft piano hits, vibrating bass, and snappy breaks backed by the sweet strings are very evocative of the Princess of Night. It’s at parts highly energetic and, at others, very soothing. Check it out if you’re a fan of more chilled DnB.
iblank2apples – Flutterwander (NeverLastStanding Remix) | Drum & Bass
It’s always such a treat for the ears with every Drumscape Library upload. Isn’t it amazing how timeless those vocals from So Many Wonders are? With this tune, NeverLastStanding flips the synthwave-inspired Flutterwander on its head, while still retaining the beyond-catchy vocal chops from iblank’s original. The lead in this song is infectious in catchiness and in how friggin’ happy it is (something NLS specializes in). The song never feels like it takes a break energy-wise, which is something I personally love in any drum and bass song. The punchy kick in the breakdown, coupled with the clean-as-usual mixing from NLS, make this track sure to please any fandom DnB connoisseur!

[ASOS] Single Purpose – It’s Ok | Drum & Bass

Single Purpose’s music seems to be pretty consistently cool, and this tune builds upon his initial releases on his channel in all the right ways. Melding together soft piano and strings with a consistent flow given through the percussion, there’s also a nice use of vocal samples to add some atmosphere.
Tripon – Titan | Neurofunk

Tripon’s Hop Skip & Jump Up EP release has definitely been a great example of the different types of drum & bass that he’s capable of throwing together, and this last track all about Tirek is a lot more towards the neuro end of things. With some excellent sound design and strong composition, it definitely suits Tirek’s menacing character.
HACKD – Rain Dance | Neurofunk
HACKD‘s venture in the Neurofunk game is a dark beauty showcasing both musical prowess and lovely inspiration! Read the description to know more, but this piece has multiple facets (or should I say personae – inside joke). They sure contribute to make the track a token of much love toward the ponies! Enjoy some of that Rainbow x Fluttershy tenderness from season 2 along this incredible display of composition and sound design, exclusively on Drumscape Library!

Oh look that intro with the spinning logo is pretty cool I wonder who- Ahem. For those who missed the fresh and tasty round of cider over at Sweet Apple Acres, know that Tripon just released a must-have of an EP full of massive pony-inspired Jump Up party tunes! This one plays on Hop, Skip & Jump from S01E07 Dragonshy and brings both Pinkie vocals and high-energy slashing wubs and beats. It pays much tribute to Pinkie, and displays once more Tripon’s talent at everything Drum & Bass! Grab it as part of the ePONYmous EP!
BlueBrony – in between | Chillhop / Liquid Drum & Bass
Time to rejoice, for BlueBrony is back with a new original pony-inspired tune! BlueBrony has some of the most unique and welcomed themes in the pony music scene, and this track is about that part of S08E06 Surf and/or Turf when Terramar is torn between his earthy home and his aquatic home, unable to choose and sitting on that tree branch in mid-air. Delightfully capturing that scene and those feelings in an experimental piece, BlueBrony reflected beautifully the many shades of the moment with distorted leads, an arrangement of fitting sounds representing both the sea and the earth, and an inspired progression that will make you wander in the depths of Terramar’s thoughts! Truly an amazing and very lovely initiative.
