Now this one’s just unique. 6 years in the making, Freako Way goes hard and doesn’t let up. There’s lots of crazy synths and vocal chops along with hard drops and heavenly atmosphere. Those trance synths in the breakdown along with the pitched vocals just hit me right in the heart. It really is on another level!

Nevermourn & Whirly Tail – Celestia’s Zoo For Horses | Trance
I do love me a good trance song. Celestia’s Zoo For Horses is a collab between Nevermourn and Whirly Tail, and to say they’ve created something great would be an understatement. This track combines the best of what trance has to offer: punchy kicks, atmospheric synth riffs, a strong lead melody and even emotional piano chords. To cap it all, there’s even a short breakdown with orchestral sounds. Right after that is a variation of the heavy synth lead that starts off slow but gradually speeds up and builds back up to a heavy climax. What a banger!
Powerful Rein – The Clock is Ticking | Synth Pop
Ah, we have some very classy style to this tune today. Going on the fandom headcanon of Twilight, watching her friends aging as she doesn’t. The lyrics are full of her questioning about becoming a princess. You feel for Big Alicorn Twilight as the song’s emotion pores on the feels. However, there some artistic effects within the melodies. The sound of the clock ticks with his very classic techno-pop, and bop is charming with these melodies of stress and anxiety. The tune is catchy and done well for someone who is brand new to the music scene. Not bad for your first impression here, Powerful Rein! As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.
SeriousDamir – Changeling Attack | Eurobeat
Eurobeat with heavy metal mixed into it. SeriousDamir has recently been popping up in the Brony music scene, making some noise and making a few compilation albums. There is a pretty good reason why.
When you listen to this, you may just be thrown off by the righteous heavy metal guitar because you’re expecting Eurobeat! Fear not because the metal elements side right in the drop that kicks off the high-energy Eurobeat. This song is entertaining with this tale of Queen Chrysalis and her horde on the assault and will make you bounce as you this. The lyrics are hyper and tell the ponies’ story trying to endure the attack; all why doubting that the changelings would not do this is if not for Queen Chrysalis. The lyrics kind of hint at the reformed changelings, the season 6 finale to further that point. The music itself is some serious fun with how upbeat and intense the Eurobeat elements are. The metal guitar riffs always have a part in supporting the strength of this song’s composition, adding some added bang to the track. I can only hope that SeriousDamir keeps getting better, and this song is a good sign. As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.
P.S: He is also a pretty good artist, as he did the Queen Chrissy thumbnail. be sure to check out his DA linked in the video’s info section!
Chang31ing – 4DaPlot (feat. mycutiemarkisagun) (TCB Remix) | Dubstep
(Listen to the equally ridiculous original Here)
Geez, I listen to the original done by over-the-top goofballs of the brony musician community in Chang31ing and Mcmiag making this kind of over-the-top dank nonsense as I inspect them too. I wasn’t inspecting TCB, however, to not only to up the nonsense meter to past ten and make things kinkier. TCB makes a remix that will have you laughing, but you will be vibing to it. The beats are super banging with that trademark Machine gun bass drops the litter this track behind the various silly vocal chops through this track. Just listen to this track and understand that SOMEHOW TCB managed to make something danker and entertaining, don’t mind the artwork, or just ask more questions you don’t want to know, LOL. As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself. Maybe really more so this time…
Japkozjad – Lunar Drop | Electro House
Trippy visuals reminiscent of Luna herself set to a bouncy house beat with chiptune melodies and the buzziest of basslines? It’s all right here in this banger of a release from Japkozjad. An experimental release from them, Lunar Drop marks their first attempt at creating an electro house track. I sure hope they keep it up if it sounds as good as this!
Thrasher – breaking_point | Progressive Metal
What’s going on here?! Thrasher’s latest release is a unique mishmash of many genres, combining numerous metal subgenres with trap and EDM elements. Atmospheric guitars, trap beats, blast beats and low-tuned guitar riffs galore here, and even without vocals to help carry it, the song blends these elements together in such a brutal way that it annihilates everything in its path. You won’t regret listening to this if you love your metal unique.
Budzy – Riddim Duel (Spikey Wikey Remix) | Riddim
Today we’ve got ourselves a remix on our hooves, everypony! Spikey Wikey picked up Budzy’s “Riddim Duel” and made an awesome remix of it! From the amazing riddim beats to the great vocal chops, this song has got it all and will even win over those of you who aren’t all that big on Dubstep, riddim, and all that.

[ASOS] eksoka – Alternate Wing | Progressive Trance
Today we have another awesome track straight from A State of Sugar’s newest album “Biscuit“. eksoka brings us this masterpiece that, clocking in at around six and a half minutes, is one of the longer songs on the album, but longer songs are exactly what eksoka does so well. Alternate Wing is no exception to this; it’s a track that you can put on in the background while working or chilling, and it will fit perfectly into your day with its simple bass and changes that keep up a nice progression throughout the song and the fun trance melody that keeps the song fresh throughout whether it’s your first listen-through or your latest of many!

[ASOS] Zythiria – Fallen From Grace | Alternate Electronic
Today I bring you this awesome piece by Zythria straight from A State of Sugar’s newest album, “Biscuit“. Zythria bring us this amazing song that combines a ton of fun elements while keeping a very orchestral sound to it, a combination that’s difficult to pull off, but Zythria blew it out of the water! You’ve got your awesome intro, a subtle progression and changes, and an outro that catches you a bit of guard while simultaneously being exactly what you expected. This song is among the best of the entire album and perfect to just put on in the background while you work. Definitely check it out for yourself.
