[ASOS] Pony Killerz – Nightmare Moon | Complextro

Yet another great track from this amazing album!

We got more Nightmare Moon for ya bronies. To put it simply, this track feels like the very moment in the series premiere where she comes back and goes on a tear of chaos across Equestria before turning her attention on the mane 6. This track on ASOS: Chocolate puts what goes down musically; I mean, that mare of the moon just wants to play with her food. It’s just too bad her food was more than her tastes could handle. This track is just a banger that this mare would improve. As always, this Qilin asks for you to judge for yourself.

[P@D] Dropper Vampire & GrazySmash – Moon On Fire | Big Room House

This is WAR! Oh my, this track erupts from P@D: Eclipse with a showdown of solar fire and lunar energy. This track set the mood of finding out who is the more powerful sister, Nightmare Moon vs Daybreaker. Dropper and Grazy, with their combined talents, create this big feeling of godly fighting levels. Fitting for a big room house as this track tells the story of the sisters having a war while demonstrating their powers; the melodies do paint that picture with all the big energy drops and traveling melodies. It feels like you are watching this live on PPV with a video package, with these two evil alicorns just talking about how much they hate each other. There is such a prominent feeling of pure chaos and darkness as those drops, vocal chops and some orchestra elements do their stuff. This track is so explosive and these two sure got it right with these other two titans trying to fight and tear each other apart with their destructive powers!  As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.

RUL – Together | Trance

We got another 10th anniversary FiM piece here, and oh boy, it’s a dance friendly one too! They say that the party never ends or that the train ride of this fandom keeps moving forward not knowing where it’s going to lead. The beat is very interesting as the melody goes through different kinds of beats, changing up the harmonics and elements as the dance fever goes up with each transition. It’s a really fun track yet from another DustCar comp! RuL, I agree with the comment section. You’re growing and making some waves! As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.

Sound Bandit – Pink Horse (feat. Nexgen & AnimatronicPony) | HyperPop

Oh, it’s Sound Bandit back with another DustCar entry, this time to the theme of Luster Dawn with brony hip hop vet Nexgen and even AnimatronicPony getting into the fun. The lyrics are random as Pinkie Pie herself, like she’s trying to decide where she’s going to pop out and freak a pony out. There is some trash talking about some opinions about the show all with a strange video with heat vision of them at a mall video arcade. The beat and rhymes are fun and distorted, and Sound Bandit once again has made yet another catchy rap tune that this fandom will more than likely get behind. As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.

[ASOS] Tripon – Then She Said | Neurofunk

In linguistics, amelioration is the upgrading of a negative term to a positive one. Then She Said, Tripon’s newest Neurofunk tune is a perfectly appropriate example of this phenomenon. Then She Said is nasty, disgusting, filthy, and vile, all at once, yet it contains exemplary uses of sound design. From the minor seconds pad, to the terrifying basses, to the crunchy Rarity sample, this piece creates many auditory innovations that justify calling this tune wicked, mental, and insane. This is definitely a highlight for me from the compilation album this utterly sleazy ditty originates from, A State of Sugar: Chocolate. This tune is all the more reason to pay attention to Tripon’s super secret upcoming album!

Sawtooth Waves – To The Skies (feat. Chi-Chi) (Algo at All Remix) | Complextro

There are few emotions as elusive as a passive bliss. There are few emotions as elusive as the emotion derived from listening to songs like Algo at All’s remix of To The Skies by Sawtooth Waves. Algo excites the laid-back sentiment of the original song by Sawtooth Waves with a complextro structure, jazzy chords, and basses. With this change, the vocals of the original are more hopeful. This elated remix ends quite grandly with amplified vocal chops and sine flutes.

Nyancat380 – I’ve found this song in my lost files folder… | Breakcore

Nyancat, I know you’re going to read this bro. Right off the bat, you are such a psycho with your music, dude! For everyone else who doesn’t know Nyancat, he is very unique with his product–yeah, I will just say that, ha ha! This song has Pinkie’s Wonderbolt rap mixed in with elements that seem fitting for what goes through miss Pie’s mind 24/7. Breakcore is all these things mixed together, and it sounds so over the top as if the Animaniacs put this song together. Mashcore is the way of making it all fit together and flow. This track goes wildly around that, and you really do think you are in the mind of Pinkie Pie, 100%. Honestly just listening to this music is very enjoyable. As always, this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.

Power Note – Night and Day | Melodic Dubstep

How about something wholesome? Power Note’s got you covered with Night and Day, a sweet and sour melodic dubstep track that begins with a beautiful melody played by a piano and synthesizers, followed by a build up that leads into a surprisingly harsh synth section with the punchiest of drums! As it goes on, the heavenly piano jumps right back in to replace the heavy synths to give the song time to breathe, before building up yet again with an almost future bass-y kind of sound which carries on throughout the rest of the song. Power Note has a penchant for creating atmospheres. Just listen to how diverse this song gets!

[P@D] Lavender – Gilded (feat. Namii) | Melodic Dubstep

Today we’ve got ourselves a song all about Lyra Heartstrings, everypony and sweet Celestia, is it great! The track starts out with just a slow beat that gradually gets more powerful while the lyrics set in and are instantly going to catch your attention. While you’re still mesmerized by the lyrics the song builds up towards the first drop which is prefaced by a single line before it hits in all its glory. The song doesn’t give you any time to breathe and immediately returns to catchy vocals and a short instrumental solo before the second drop, which is slightly different but no less awesome, and those differences really give the song a vibrant feeling to end on.

PrinceWhateverer & Jalmaan – Enemy Undefined | Drum & Bass/Metal

LOADING WRITING SYSTEMS……….
LOADING INTRO……..
Okay, everypony, today we have something special! “Enemy Undefined” is the sequel to “L_ST-_N-D_TA”, which makes this the third installment of PrinceWhatever’s “Destabilize” series which is all about Sweetie Bot getting her cover blown and having to flee; but enough of my rambling–let’s get straight to the song!

LOADING MAIN PART………
The song starts out with a muffled beat by Jalmaan which slowly gets louder and clearer, and you soon come to realize that you’ve gotten even more than you expected when clicking on this song. The lyrics, most of which are Sweetie Bot’s programming going completely haywire, begin with a system failure log and reveal Sweetie Bot’s unfortunate situation: In her current state, everyone else is seen as a threat, and lethal action is her default response. Sweetie Bot asks her pursuers if they believe that she is dangerous, and then, with just a small bit of beat as transition, the drop hits, with awesome guitar work accompanying the beat as Sweetie Bot prepares to fight whomever is chasing her, until a sounding alarm is accompanied by even more awesome guitar. Sweetie Bot then wonders: What will happen if she actually kills somepony; will that finally make her feel alive? As the drop hits, Sweetie Bot challenges her pursuers suggesting that they follow through decisively if they agree that she is a threat and warning that she is unlikely to surrender. Once again Sweetie Bot finds herself struggling to see anyone else as anything other than an “enemy” as the muffled beat resumes, creating a sense of tension and expectation. A short passage of lyrics ushers in the chorus as Sweetie Bot prepares for what might be her last standoff…
