[Explicit lyrics included] Temporarily back from his hiatus, Mr Mehster has a new song for us that’s a interesting sort of fusion between glitch-hop and trap. Also featuring vocals from N. Hollow, and up-and-coming rapper , it’s a banger of a tune!
[LDB] EM120X – Teardown | Electronic
This song from EM120X sorta fits both into our midtempo and chillout categories; it’s at 110bpm and has very chilling vibe to it, but moreso in a dark way than a relaxing way. It’s pretty different from some of the other stuff on Beats Me 2, a but then the whole album is somewhat eclectic, so it fits right in!
Vylet Pony – Ego Guideline Club (feat. Dead Critic) | Midtempo
Another heavy piece from Vylet’s new album, Super Pony World, this time in collaboration with Dead Critic. Accompanied by (BRIGHT FLASHY) visuals from Reverie, this song is glitch-hop meets neuro with some crazy sound design involved behind it! Great job as always.
Totalspark – Weightless VIP | Drumstep / Midtempo
A reworked version of one of his earliest tracks, this VIP of Weightless shows just how far Totalspark has come in the years he’s been making music. This song crosses between drumstep and a midtempo/glitch-hop vibe, and feels super melodic and light.
Vylet Pony – Victory in Canterlot | Glitch-Hop
Another track from Vylet’s new album, Super Pony World (we’ll have a post soon, it’s a big album), Victory in Canterlot lies somewhere between the realms of Glitch-Hop and Electro, incorporating elements from both. A fantastically produced song, I wouldn’t expect anything less from Vylet!

Already mentioned in our post of Pony Music’s Lessons of Equestria EP, this epic Glitch Hop masterpiece now gets its proper post along its YouTube release. It’s time to rediscover an Awakening classic that you may have also heard in the (awesome) Album Teaser. The feels are strong and the skill is real, as this mighty track establishes itself as the coolest Changeling anthem. If you haven’t already, go check the description and the rest of the EP, which is all kinds of amazing, and full of many wonders. Composer of many wonders Jastrian releases a new piece, this time centered around Pinkie and the concept brought by that gorgeous artwork. With its beautiful piano notes, its wonderful melodies, and its upbeat mood, this track and perfect tribute to Pinkie is leading us through the fantasy, guiding the steps of our imagination as we wander in that other world through Pinkie’s eyes, marvelling at the wonders we see and hear, and feeling that powerful emotion that music is creating, a magic like none other. Jastrian is truly a magician!
