Incidentally following up on Tripon’s Jump Up banger, Brohoof Studios makes another awesome use of Pinkie vocal samples from the Hop, Skip & Jump song from S01E07 Dragonshy, in a bass-heavy party choon. It marvelously plays and chops vocal samples from the episode while bringing an instrumental madness that seems like it’s waiting to tear down walls just from the power of mighty bass music. This genre “Hardbass” definitely has a fitting name! This taste of Pinkie energy is available as part of A State of Sugar Bubblegum.

The Cosine Pitchshifterz – On Your Face (NeverLastStanding Remix) | Hardstyle
Talk about a transformative remix! The prodigious and insanely versatile NeverLastStanding has blessed us with another awesome hardstyle remix, this time of Cosine’s On Your Face. NLS’ propensity for making ridiculously catchy melodies with pony vocal chops is in full effect here, and the dialogue samples from the original are used in a way very befitting of the atmosphere. The mixdown here is also great, with the kick cutting through the mix in a very satisfying way. Seems like we’ve been getting quite a lot of good horse hardstyle lately, so here’s another to add to your playlist!

Daniel Ingram – The Spectacle (Superplastic Remix) | Hardstyle
Aaaand we have another comeback! The name may not sound familiar, but the artist formerly known as Addictia has made a return with one of the best hardstyle tunes I’ve heard in a while, fandom or otherwise. Featured are some intriguing background vocal chops, creative percussion, lovely synths and great tension, and a cathartic hardstyle drop with a fine, fine kick! To top it all off, the drop’s melody is insanely catchy. A lot of ponies have been waiting for a great hardstyle remix of The Spectacle and I’m happy to say it has arrived!
Brohoof Studios – Surrender | Psystyle
After his recent(ish) release from the latest Horse Music Central album, Brohoof Studios has made a song in another genre that I never knew existed until now. This Sombra themed track seems to combine elements from hardcore, trance, and hardstyle to make a neat drop that thumps hard with a rolling bass.
Royalpony- Great and Powerful | Hardstyle
We are very lucky to have a healthy amount of excellent hardstyle in this fandom and one very big source of that music is Royalpony! In this Trixie-inspired track, Royal uses lively synth riffs in the melody as well as more melodic piano parts to change it up half-way through. The hardstyle beat is top-notch as always with some great builds making for a fantastic song!

Royalpony’s hardstyle, when it’s at its best, is super fun to listen to, and there’s a couple of great examples here! Here he’s teamed up with Cosine to produce an unofficial anthem for the recently passed BABScon, and it’s full of uplifting melodies alongside that signature hardstyle kick.
UndreamedPanic ft. Namii – Running Out Of Days (AnNy Tr3e Remix) | Hardstyle
I’ve always said that I’m not a huge fan of hardstyle, but perhaps I was simply listening to the wrong kind. This remix of Panic and Namii’s track from Rebirth feels like more of a dubstep or future bass song at first, with some great sounding plucks, but then drops into this great hardstyle beat that has a good balance of heavy and melodic elements to it. AnNy Tr3e’s done a great job with this one!
DJT & Rusyd Rosman – Breathing Space (Brohoof Studios Remix) | Hardstyle
It’s pretty cool to hear Brohoof Studios trying out hardstyle again, and it completely transforms Rusyd and DJT’s original house banger into something much heavier, while still maintaining a lot of the melodic elements. Even as someone who’s never really been a fan of hardstyle, I gotta say I’m digging this.
Royalpony – Nightmare Rarity (feat. EileMonty) | Hardstyle
Fittingly hard-hitting and wicked, this new Hardstyle track by Royalpony tells the story of Nightmare Rarity trying to convince Luna to become a villain and turn into Nightmare Moon again, with the help of the famous EileMonty who did a perfect job at voicing Nightmare Rarity in the song! The whole track feels like Nightmare Rarity’s villainous intents portrayed through music, and it’s great to experience the villain side for once! Darkness isn’t to be feared…
Royalpony – Princess, no… But a Queen! (FT. RIBONCHAN) | Hardstyle
Aaah Hardstyle, you remain one of my home country’s favourite music styles. ^^ I think this track really bounces through and does a very good job getting people hyped up and ready to jump! Getting Chrysalis on it too was very cool! 🙂 very nicely done! The saws are loud and clear and are very nice! The vocals btw do really represent Chrysalis and give a lot of props to Ribonchan for that awesome work, keep it up! Everybody, show some love. ❤
