It explores some interesting aspects of sentimentality and isolation. But it’s not all sad, Vylet turns it around and there is a much more hopeful tone towards the second half. And as always, Vylet’s sweet, smooth vocals tie the entire song together. Well done Vylet, I can’t wait to see what you do next.

You sit there at the terrace, sipping on some sweet and refreshing cocktail… And then a sexy girl giving off massive cool vibes as well walks from the busy main street in your direction, with a short skirt and eyes burning with desire, and that girl is Sunset! Yep, this is the sort of scene that this song and visuals could evoke, with the blissful acoustic guitars soothing your mind, and the flirty sax bringing in that fragrant sensation from a Summer Kiss!
Chant of Immortality is such a classic from 4EverfreeBrony and it sounds relevant or even obligatory that a live version should see the light of day! The talented musician and singer does us the honor with this “Concert Version” designed to be played by a full band on stage, interpreting the original and its deep meaning anew along the gorgeous vocals. Hearing this live would be just so grand and epic, for an already epic song!
Heartfelt rapping is the best rapping, and Acarcion did wonders by laying out verses written with love along a sweet instrumental by Technickel Pony and art by Namii! Taking inspiration from emotion from a pony con and feelings for fellow pony musician friends, Acarcion sings with heart and conviction and it makes for such a comfy and heart-warming song, filled with lovely references too. Try to spot them all without looking at the answers in the comments!
To see Synthis taking part in Ponies at Dawn albums is so wonderful as he’s known for very emotional pieces and unique vocals that are always so emotional too! For Enigma he gathered the vocal talents of J. Free and TheWanderingKit to perform with him, and it results in a very cool Chill Hop piece that’s to die for, with Synthis’ signature dreamy melodies and deep bass making for much emotion once more and carrying all vocals in such an epic way.
Wow. Songs in this fandom that are written as a tribute to a specific person are always beautifully and meaningfully deep in ways that most songs simply cannot attain, yet there is something about the love that went into this track that makes it stand out among the other tributes.
Zephysonas orchestrates not just a fantastic composition, but also organized a myriad of heartfelt words from all kinds of brony musicians and promoters to say “thank you” to the biggest fan and best friend of every musician in this fandom, Makenshi. Second Family is soft and uplifting, utilizing light strings and bells to create a supportive atmosphere reminiscent of the person it is dedicated to. Emotionally moving in every aspect and subtly a nod to Makenshi’s favorite pony (Pinkie Pie), Zephysonas really outdid himself with this masterpiece!
Here is the perfect set of tracks for when you need to just unwind, or maybe want to have something on in the background while you are getting stuff done! Yanamosuda has compiled quite an interesting array of tracks blending the right amount of peacefulness and groove to both relax and keep you interested.
There are a healthy variety of genres inspiring the album that all touch on the chill theme. One thing you can be sure of is that each track will have it’s own compelling, jazzy bass that blends almost too well with an exciting drum beat.
The album is comprised of original mixes like the titular Little Energy and Dusk Song (which has an amazing funk rhythm!), remixes from show songs like the theme and Evil Enchantress, and finally remixes of fan music like Dawn Song from Kitsuneyu and Get Lady by eksoka (featured on Cider Party!) It is plain to hear from the album that Yanamosuda put a lot of time, thought, and effort into this tremendously unique album.

And not just talent, as Namii imbued the song with her own personal meaning, adding to the theme of Luna and Nightmare Moon envisionned by Remember Falling! Earnest vocals shine in a dark yet magical atmosphere, and heavy yet melodic electronic greatness graces the second half of the track, for a complete experience of sound and story!
The opener track of Yanamosuda’s debut album Little Energy is a sweet and tasteful Jazz treat that reminds me of video game soundtrack such as Beneath the Mask from the OST of Persona 5! Playing laid-back yet beautiful melodies, and creating such a comfy atmosphere, the musician certainly pays much tribute to the gentle and kind pony!
