As we entered fall, and with winter quickly approaching, there is nothing better than a song to warm our hearts in order to remember the good times we had in summer – And that’s exactly what EveryDayDashie did with their song “Summer Forever”! The vibes definitely made me feel like relaxing on a beach while enjoying the warmth of the sun. This release brings a smile to my face thanks to its acoustic vibes and powerful beats. Enjoy the sunshine that this song provides, especially during those chilly days!

EveryDayDashie – Eternal | Electro House
Hot off the press from their new compilation album “Quadragennial” comes EveryDayDashie’s upbeat electro house track, “Eternal!” The album has been put together in celebration of the 40th anniversary of My Little Pony and showcases a variety of music from an assortment of talented producers in the community. This particular track features a driving beat topped with nostalgic synths and a piano which all carry an engaging melody throughout. Sit back and let the epic vibes take you on a nostalgic journey throughout Equestria!
El Nulevoe – Power Metal Cartoon Horse 3: The Metalling | Metal
El Nulevoe is back with the third installment in the Power Metal Cartoon Horse series! This one is much more brooding than the others, starting with deep and dark guitar riffs and developing intensity with its high pitched synth. The vocals are as strong and fierce as ever despite them describing the woes of Celestia’s kingdom destroyed by battles in previous songs. It’s still as zany as ever too, with its epic scream and snarky, self-aware subtitles.
PumpkinZeta – Sad Beats | Ambient / Chillwave
Sorrowful in tone, PumpkinZeta’s latest track, “Sad Beats” is a song that can both highlight the quiet calm amidst the storm, yet still present the warm, small ray of hope peeking through the clouds. It can minister even more peace and comfort to the troubled soul than something more upbeat in sound. Simple synth plucks backed by cool ambient pads lay down a chill atmosphere to soothe a tired mind, while the soft, lilting drop beats fly the listener away to dreamland. In the busy world of today backed by so much glaring noise, sometimes even the most bright and happy of tracks can feel like they’re only adding to the spinning cacophony that demands our attention at every turn. This track includes more uplifting moments to help emphasize an even more melancholy sound to bring peace to a weary listener.
Ethan Toavs – A Guiding Light | Orchestral
When it’s about releasing new orchestral music, Ethan Toavs never fails to surprise us! This time with a song bringing harmony and peace to soothe our ears. A Guiding Light keeps us on our hooves with dynamic rhythm, while still giving long releases to calm our minds. So make yourself some tea, lay back, and let the relieving song take it from there!
Blackened Blue – Bring You Back (feat. Celica Soldream) | Nu-Metal
Blackened Blue blesses us with another banger! This time with a song about Trixie’s distress after losing someone close. Not only does it contain a collab with Celica Soldream – which gave me literal chills due to how well their voices sound together – but the whole rhythm and strength of the guitar, as well as the other instruments, clearly expresses the pain and sadness felt after a grief. Embark on a song that transforms the shadows of grief into a literal anthem of resilience!
TM – Forever [Remastered] | Plunderphonics
THE Toby Macaroni is back with an upgraded version of Forever, a piece written almost entirely from short pieces of many G4 songs. The compositional choices for song segments, as well as use of sound space are mesmerizing with how they work when played together and fun to challenge yourself to remember which songs they are from. The sensation that comes from listening to this track (especially through headphones!) cannot be adequately described, only experienced.
DAY21 – feel (Feat. Rawrity) | Pop / Electronica
Ethan Toavs – Battle of Destinies | Orchestral
It is amazing time and time again, from how little of things muscians can draw inspiration and weave entire stories, and Ethan Toavs brings us another perfect example of such with his “Battle of Destinies”. The whole piece manages to create and increase tension from start to its conclusion, starting off with a military rhythm of the drums, brass, woodwinds and strings first working together to introduce the orchestration used to the listener, just for those to exchange turns with each other. And as soon as the percussion switches to a more rocky style and the whole orchestration sets back in together, the song will make you vividly imagine the armies of Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker start charging each other, both sides hopeful for victory. So make sure to let this awesome piece of musical storytelling inspire you as well by giving it a listen!
RedWire – Never Satisfied | Drumstep
It’s probably fair to say RedWire is channelling strong Glaze energy in this song about Sombra, but that doesn’t make it any less original! The long introduction to this song builds plenty of suspense which falls into this interesting drop that keeps a driving rhythm whilst adding some tasty syncopation too. Lots of arpeggiating elements keep the long instrumental sections full of ear candy and RedWire’s heavily processed vocals bring the same heavy, dark atmosphere that Sombra’s shadow creates.
