You can always expect something fantastic from Flittzy and this time, it comes with a lot of sentimentality! Fresh off the new Ponies at Dawn: Skyward compilation, Where the Days Have Gone is a touching piece detailing Flittzy’s love for this fandom. The song begins with a fantastic opening piano melody with violins accompanying. The track uses the piano with rock guitars throughout and makes for a well-stylized sound! Flittzy’s always excellent vocals reverberate his message about how fast time seems to move.

If you haven’t downloaded Ponies at Dawn: Skyward yet, you really should. The album is filled with great quality music from such diverse producers, and Once And Future Heroes may be the best example of just that! L-Train teams up with TheMusicReborn to bring a powerhouse combination of epic metal with a big-toned trumpet to create a heroic anthem for our main protagonists. The pacing is incredible as the track contains so much energy, and never gets sloppy with the flow. The controlled tempo builds beautifully as the trumpet lets loose a powerful leading tone, complimenting the rest of the mix in a very moving, unique piece!
[P@D] Osoch – An Eclipsed Land (feat. Pablo Mono & Chris Wöhrer) | Progressive Metal / Metalcore
Imagine Dream Theater mixed with Killswitch Engage. This song gives off the best feels from both of those iconic bands! Coming from the most recent Ponies at Dawn album, Skyward. A big sensation in brony metal scene, Osoch collaborated with Chris Wöhrer and Osoch’s friend from college, Pablo Mono. An Eclipsed Land is inspired by Fallout Equestria:Project Horizons, and is a great headbanging track for metalheads. The progression of the guitar riffs, mixed with Mono’s clean vocals and Wöher’s growls, make this song a treat and one of the best on Skyward! Good job on this one! Keep it up with the headbanging tunes!

Crusader! – Let’s Hear It (For the Wonderbolts) | Dance-Rock
Crusader! has really embraced the dance-rock vibe combining his love of 80s synths, dance bass, and pop/punk tunes. Let’s Hear It starts with a funky bass that is prevalent throughout the track and introduces a simple disco beat to jive along with. The vocals groove along to the beat as Crusader! sings in anticipation of the fantastic show the Wonderbolts will put on soon.

2000’s Metalcore style nostalgia feels are coming with this great track produced by Blackend that it’s featured on the most recent album of Ponies At Dawn – Skyward!
The vocals are on perfection, the lyrics that are about Twilight Sparkle dealing with her inner demons. The breakdown of this song is brutal, I headbanged while listening to this. This surely is a treasure hidden on the entire Ponies At Dawn brand.

MelodyBrony has been on a roll lately and the licks keep coming as he teams up with talented vocalist, Danny Cross to make this hard-hitting track! This Kingdom features tight guitar-work with ever satisfying riffs and a drum kit you can feel as Cross details the plight of keeping the titular kingdom safe from the threats in the darkness. 4everfreebrony – Giggles & Gumdrops (2019)| Alternative Rock
Going back to an older classic, 4everfreebrony remasters his loving tribute to Pinkie Pie in the new Giggles & Gumdrops. Gray Fur provided an incredible PMV to go along with the song which he made for the original version, and it is awesome to see it included now! The track has a soft rock vibe while the fandom legends sings of the many wonders that make the Element of Laughter who she is. Even if it is hard to understand how she does what she does, it is because Pinkie is made of so many wonderful things!
