It was only a matter of time before Surprise would get her very own song, right? Fitting title too; it starts off with a beautiful orchestral and choral arrangement before suddenly jumping into an upbeat and bouncy tune with organs and piano sounds, as well as Toby’s signature synthetic style! Much like his last tune, it looks like Surprise is also eager to enter a staring contest, so good luck!
Steryotype – Lofi Pon EP | Lo-fi
Our patience has been rewarded, as Steroytype’s debut EP, Lofi Pon EP is finally here! 14 tracks of lo-fi hip hop goodness, with sprinkles of MLP samples and various vintage sounds, such as vinyl noise and old time music. The majority of tracks are less than two minutes long, so nothing here feels like it goes on too long or overstays its welcome. Stand out tracks are JustKeepVibin with its clear hip hop influence coupled with a modified horn sample, and TheyDon’tReallyLikeMe (OhWell) , containing a lovely melody and manipulated guitar samples while keeping the general lo-fi aesthetic. Groovy yet serene, this is a beautiful EP that you can simply sit back and relax to after a long day.

Cutting through the snow as it pierces through our hearts, this new release from Przewalski’s Ponies is of pure beauty, showcasing much emotion from the rich soundscape and melodic aspect, Andy Feelin and Velvet R. Wings‘ duet, and the meaningful and deep lyrics. Definitely a shining collab!

LoopHoof’s original tune is true to the term “High energy” Its full of fun vocal chops and a D&B beat that is addictive to dance too. There really nothing more to say as it speaks for itself, This remix by ROKii however. It’s special in its own way. ROKii extends the song to over 7 minutes long of amazing transitions of Loophoof’s classic. Each time it changes.s its a different melody that displays different styles of how the sound of the song can be done in. The catch is that it’s done so smoothly by keeping at the how the original sounds The nice vocal chops are spread out throughout the track. It sounds so epic with each switch. The song has this epic but relaxing feel to it. This is something I would listen too if I needed a pick me up. I put this up there with some of my favorite remixes I’ve heard so far since joining Horse Music Herald.

Tadpole is back with some Somnambula-flavored gem, and look at those sick visuals! Diving into dark musical territories and atmospheres, all while keeping those stylish beats and thematic melodies in the background, the musician is doing amazing with providing a fresh and tasty experience! One More!
StrachAttack – Dusk VIP | Drumstep / Drum & Bass
There is much emotion from both the renewed vocal chops and the divine ascending sounds in this VIP of Dusk from master StrachAttack, taking us to cloud nine! The heavy as buck drops are blasting the musician’s EDM expertise at full force once more, and this track is so powerful overall! A real masterpiece of a VIP! And it wouldn’t be complete without the signature dank outro!

StableTwoStallion – DrIacSonCeqOuuRsD | Industrial Metal
Neue Deutsche Härte is alive and well, and it’s spreading in the fandom thanks to StableTwoStallion! This track’s about the chaotic side of Discord, represented perfectly with his gravelly voice (which is eerily reminiscent of Till Lindemann) and the gothic choirs in tandem with the riff-driven guitars. I guess you could say it’s about as chaotic as Discord himself!

Just the kind of pony songs that I love, this new masterpiece from Shal Music FX is enacting such a lovely story and Equestrian message, courtesy of Pinkie who cheers Fizzlepop up! Magpiepony and Truesailorcomet are doing wonders at voicing these characters, and a lot of gang singers contributed through a background choir as well! The upbeat and very show-like musical genre is so cute, and this collab is just perfect! We’re sending you all of our love, Fizzlepop!
