[P@D] iblank2apples – Give Me Wings | Electro House

The last of the P@D pre-releases on Cider Party in anticipation for the new album Anthology (release party is TONIGHT!) comes from iblank2apples, the electro horse himself. As mentioned in the video description, this song pays tribute to Hurricane Fluttershy and mirrors her character in the episode. Starting off calm and atmospheric, it builds into a steady beat, calms down again, but really pumps things up for the second drop – and it completely changes the feel of the song! You gotta check it out for yourself!

The Anthology album premiere starts in 2 hours on PonyvilleFM; we’ll have another reminder as it’s set to begin and we hope to see you there!

ertrii – Everytime | Progressive House

ertrii’s gorgeously chill vibes are back again. With a groovy intro making way to some lovely arps, the pads in the background start to come to the fore throughout the track, with some lovely feels that definitely give the impression of gently falling through the sky. Ponytronic – Times Like These (The Remixes) EP | Electronic


If I remember correctly, Ponytronic gained an affinity earlier this year for a certain couple of music ponies after reading a well-known fanfiction about them. Shortly afterwards, his song Times Like These was released – a smooth liquid dnb piece about the duo, perhaps one of his best songs to date. Now after a couple of months of an open contest, he’s proud to present the Times Like These Remixes EP!

Featuring a variety of genres, from more dnb reworks to a hip-hop remix and even a couple of really left-of-field genres, this EP has both some regular names to the brony music community and some people just breaking out into the scene. It’s also seemingly a chance for some artist to break out into new genres – I’ve never heard Metapony do Drum & Bass or UndreamedPanic do hip-hop before! Definitely give this EP a listen, you might just find a new artist or style that you’d be interested in.

Einarx – Invaders (Dj Shadow Music Remix) | Brostep

Einarx’s Invaders was an absolutely epic surprise. I haven’t encountered Shadow Music before this, but I’m completely taken by his excellent take on Invaders! It opens with a bit of static, something I love. Once the song proper starts, a myriad collection of eerie ambient effects combine for a downright awesome mix.

Crystal Slave – Daring Doom | Electro

Crystal Slave’s been trying out some new styles lately, and it’s come out really nice in their new song. A little bit harder than their normal stuff, this still has amazing atmosphere in between the drop sections with amazing foley and some nice piano. Speaking of drops, the sinister synthlines in these are just amazing. Well done Crystal Slave, keep experimenting!

Inkwel – Tank | Chill

Inkwel continues writing songs for the Mane 6’s pets with this one about Tank. A chill atmosphere really aligns with Tank’s personality, while the strong bassline shows how much of a strong support he is for Rainbow Dash. This song is really fitting for it’s subject, keeping in line with the show. The cute synthlines complete the song and make it a very enjoyable experience.

You did a good job man, a very good job. 🙂 Really love the Disco tune! Just from hearing them I want to Dance! Yeah that’s right, I’m gonna write this review as small as possible just to bounce along with these awesome tunes. :p
Seriously though, I am in Love with tunes & vibes like these and I can definitly appreciate the style of how it’s both made & presented/performed. It really has Magic Touch! Awesome job man! I surely hope to see you perform Live one day man, look forward to it already. 🙂

Flyghtning – Young Pegasus | Techno / Electronic

Flyghtning at it again people, back at it again with the good stuff 🙂 Lovely Techno vibes together with a nice beat. The flow feels good, the Passion behind the mix-up is very well done and definitly felt. It gives me a good nostalgia trip back to the times of the Gameboy colour, the Gameboy Advance, etc etc… Back when we needed 20 cables just to connect with 4 people for a Pokémon match. :,) Good times man, Good times… Thank you for the awesome Nostalgia trip bro.
