Hearts and Hooves Day is better with your special somepony, and Liquid Harmony went the extra mile and composed a song for his beloved one while gathering the help of GuitarBrony13 and Silver Note, the pony way! A heartfelt piece of soft rock with tender vocals that melt the heart, now this is the kind of things that makes it feel like we’re in Equestria.
Original
Vylet Pony – Cupcake Rush | Melbourne Bounce
Vylet brings us a new track from his upcoming major album release, Super Pony World. This is an energetic tune with the signature aggressive bass and heavy pucks often associated with Melbourne, as well as a waffle-tastic vocal hook, and it’s definitely one of my recent favourites from Vylet.
Segments of Life – The Future Must Be Met | Trancecore
Segments of Life’s music always gets me hyped. Their style involves a hard rock/metal sound with lots of electronic elements implemented into it; they dubbed it “Trancecore”. It’s pretty epic, go check it out, it’s worth it!
FritzyBeat & Sim Gretina – Neigh Anything (feat. Melody Note) | Electro
Fritzy’s back doing what he does best – adding his vocals to instrumentals from other fantastic musicians. This time it’s an old Sim Gretina demo, and he’s got Melody Note along to help with the vocals. Add some mixing by µThunder and visuals by daspacepony and you’ve got an overall brilliant aural and visual experience. Noice.
Reverbrony – Vacant Abstracts | Symphonic Rock
Take a seat for a while, we’ve got a new Reverbrony song here. Sweeping orchestral, melodious piano and heavy guitars all come together in this track, who says you can’t have the best of both worlds?
Radiarc – Eleison | Orchestral
Radiarc comes back with a soft yet incontestably dark piece, telling through music the tale of a mysterious character. Piano, violins and electronic notes are creating a rather demented mood for that soundtrack-like “Eleison’s Theme”.
Hay Tea – Short Stories EP | Electronic
Hay Tea has released what could be his last few songs for a while. He’s going back into the Army soon, but has given us this EP before he leaves. Check out the individual songs after the break!
Throwback Thursday | ImTheMoon | Artist Spotlight
Breaking the infamous curse of unlisted videos, I present to you ImTheMoon, one of the most forsaken pony musicians to have graced us with their music. All of the pony songs from the channel are unlisted, but very fortunately a public playlist remains, containing all the much valued songs now easy to reach despite being unlisted. Below the break, behold a few of those timeless gems!
Acouste Wholenote – Be | Acoustic
Acouste Wholenote brings us a new acoustic track about Moondancer. Having featured in the past on multiple works by our site’s own Spectra, more recently he’s returned to releasing some of his own works as well – something I think we can all agree upon as a welcome change, as his voice perfectly suits this style.
Jyc Row – Legends of the Everfree | Orchestral
Inspired by the image seen in the video, Jyc Row brings us a deep, heavy and epic-feeling orchestral track about the legends of the Everfree Forest, with some slight Celtic influences also audible throughout the track.
