Now we just LOVE crossovers, and boy, do we have a treat for you today. Francis Vance is continuing his streak of covers with the Goodbye Song, from that fanimation crossover mini-episode. I still wonder how they got the official voice actors though…

Cast your mind back to season 3, and the episode Magic Duel. Here, The L-Train explores Trixie’s perspective of the debacle surrounding the Alicorn Amulet in a really nice, soft symphonic rock track.
Evdog – The Artist | Ballad
Here’s the last of the tracks that Evdog has be remastering. A piano ballad stylized with some modern vocal chopping flair, this track explores the pressures that can often weigh on the minds of creatives.
Zatslol – A Thousand Melodies | Soft Rock
Zatslol has produced some pretty awesome fandom tunes in the past, but his time with ponies seems to have finally run its course. The lyricism behind this track is really quite beautiful, singing about some stuff that I’m sure a lot of us musicians can relate to. Luna Jax’s voice is always a delight to my ears, and this song is no exception. Heartfelt lyrics that tell a story involving Dashie and Gilda, beautiful harmonies, and a great instrumental backing it up; and it was written for FAWM, so hopefully there’ll be a few more songs to come 😉

You may or may not have heard of this musician, they were one of the more, shall we say, elusive members of the fandom. Kreühn Pöny specialised in jazzy stuff; songs with odd time signatures and irregular beat patterns. You know, a similar feel that of SoGreatandPowerful’s music (which is a completely different kettle of fish that we’ll revisit another time!).
