Zephysonas – Tavern By The Road | Irish Folk

Time for something a little different from Zephy. While he normally works in and around the Orchestral genre, this time he’s broken out into a little bit of folk, seemingly inspired by the Rarijack artwork. It’s nice to hear Zephy sing too, I can’t remember if he’s done that in any of his previous songs before!

BlueBrony – Twiggy and Boulder | Chill / Tropical

From a new perspective, BlueBrony has been releasing some really interesting projects. This one is one of many. The marimba feeling along with bells gives a western yet tropical vibe to the song. A song about a stick and stone from our favorite show. What can we ask more? Good job BlueBrony, keep up the amazing work.

Jyc Row – Beauty | Orchestral

Continuing his theme of orchestral tunes for the six legendary pillars, Jyc Row introduces us to his tribute for Mistmane. Learning some new tricks in instrumentation and composition, Jyc Row gives us a nice change of pace with an Asian-themed score, using several instruments indigenous to the continent. The track begins with a very full sound, despite only using a few instruments, then builds into a grandiose, epic soundtrack for the most generous of the pillars. All of the characteristics of a typical JR score are there too, reminding us all why he is one of the premier producers in our music fandom!

Equestria Electric Symphony Orchestra – The Ponies Sleep Tonight (The Tokens ponified) | Pop

I think the thing that impresses me the most about this isn’t necessarily the ponified lyrics, but more those high notes that Moon Flame hits in this! It’s one thing to rewrite a pop song about ponies, but another to be able to actually sing something like this too. Nice job.

Elias Frost – Jyc Row | Celtic Orchestral

A tribute to the eponymous and renowned Celtic Orchestral musician Jyc Row, this new song by Elias Frost is also a challenge to try and compose something in Jyc’s style, and I think it definitely succeeded in both aspects! Rich progression of various Orchestral and Celtic instruments, epic vibes and melodies, it’s a breathtaking composition overall paying much tribute to Jyc and his style! Such a wonderful initiative!

Homage – Foreign Relations | Glitch-Hop

Homage is back in full force and first up is an inspired Dubstep tune themed around Saddle Arabia, and that can definitely be heard throughout the song! Eastern melodies are accompanying the wubs and the beats for a tasty result. If this is how Foreign Relations sound like, then I assume they must be very successful!

Note: Since the original video got deleted, you may find the MP3 file of the song here.

Przewalski’s Ponies – Snowdrop | Art Pop

The Russian group Przewalski’s Ponies have a new song about Snowdrop. Gentle, well-paced, and delightfully atmospheric, it’s very relaxing. A poignant mix of simple electronics and strings permeate throughout the song, and Andy Feelin’s vocals are expertly sung.

[SoK] SDreamExplorerS – Eclair Therapy | Acoustic / World

Soul Strings went right on the theme for the charity album Seeds of Kindness: A Healing Touch, with a very therapeutic song! A lovely Equestrian story full of kindness, an uplifting instrumental embodying Pinkie’s Element, and a dash of magic, that is what Eclair Therapy is about, and I’d say it has the power to cheer you up just like Pinkie’s eclairs! And that magic shall spread through the album and its intent!

Damien & Tina – Tourments (Luna’s Version) | Soundtrack

Tina’s rendition of the original OST track Tourments by Damien is a shining display of vocal talent, as the gorgeous vocals are paying much tribute to Luna. Soothing vibes from the instrumental are adding to the mix for a masterful “Luna’s version”! Tourments is an OST track for the French MP3 saga “Erebys” by Damien, listen to the first episode here!

Vylet Pony – I Can’t Stop Thinking | Indie Pop

Another gorgeous and heartfelt release from Vylet, this one has another kind of backstory that can be read from the description, and it expresses it through mellow vocals with a dash of melancholy. The instrumental has got plenty of wonders to marvel at as well, such as a wonderful use of guitar and even harmonica!
