One of the masterminds behind the Opalescence project, Ataraxia got to submit something himself for the album. The result is this ethereal chill piece that centres around a lovely piano performance with a bunch of subtle synths and sound effects that add nicely to this song.

More details are on the Bandcamp page but basically, any funds needed to help TheLostNarrator will go to her surgery and medical fees, and anything raised past the $1,500 threshold will be given to a charity of her choice.

Continuing the chill vibe from Hay Tea’s track this morning, ertrii brings his usual atmospheric game to the table. Snappy yet reserved drums, smooth sub bass, and a euphoric keyboard melody are all brought together to make this a fantastic song.

Direct Current is very good at making atmospheric music which brings in lots of different elements that all work together. It all sounds very atmospheric too, and this chill electronic track is no exception. It is, simply put, really pleasant to listen to.

Very atmospheric track from Synth Pony who has also gone back to remaster one of their works. Highlighted with a lovely, angelic choir, the track blends in orchestral elements with synth work over a steady beat to paint a solemn soundscape.
Daniel Ingram – I’ll Fly (Twilight Skies Remix) | Chillstep
Wow! This is an incredible debut upload to Twilight Skies’ YouTube channel, but it looks like they’ve got at least a year of work cataloged on their Soundcloud. Either way you should definitely check them out, very cool vibe.

Ponycide is back with ever more relaxing beats to chill out to. This track continues to showcase his ability to smartly unite elements, creating an interesting melodic composition driven forward by a very post-rock like beat.
Throwback Thursday | Kreühn Pöny | Artist Spotlight
You may or may not have heard of this musician, they were one of the more, shall we say, elusive members of the fandom. Kreühn Pöny specialised in jazzy stuff; songs with odd time signatures and irregular beat patterns. You know, a similar feel that of SoGreatandPowerful’s music (which is a completely different kettle of fish that we’ll revisit another time!).
