“Crusaders of the Lost Mark” is one of the highlights of season 5. The music alone is a treat of Daniels Ingrams work. The “pony I want to be is one of those songs” you really did not see coming for Diamonds Taria’s character ark. This remix is from a brand new musician PonyBoy441. With some crafty editing and some electro house vibes. We are shown Diamonds Taria’s transformation and redemption in an uplifting mix. That screams her overcoming her past and the victory of the moment. I hope to see PonyBoy441 grow as we hear more music from him. As always, this Qilin askes for you to judge for yourself.

Remember lia;quo? She’s back with a reimagined version of her best known track Crystal Corruption as part of Ponies at Dawn: Ignite and it’s a sure-fire treat. The first drop includes catchy and blisteringly heavy bass sounds and strong string instruments, combining electronic and orchestra like they were meant for each other. Shortly after, the breakdown features some eerie bells before more orchestral strings fade in, building up to another drop with lots of melody to love. A warm welcome to lia;quo, who we hope stays to bring us more amazing music!
RedSpark – Progress | Electro Swing
There are always so many original ideas of fan songs to be had while rewatching the show, and RedSpark illustrates that once more with this creative and fitting spin on the Flim & Flam brothers! The Electro Swing genre works very well and you can easily imagine this as a BGM or character theme for the brothers in the show!
[P@D] L-Train – Daybreaker Boogie (feat. 4EverfreeBrony) | Electro Swing
Evil has never been this funky before. Track 4 from the upcoming Ponies at Dawn album Ignite is Daybreaker Boogie, an electro swing song by L-Train with vocals from 4everfreebrony! Although he’s primarily known for his hard-hitting metal bangers, this taste of fire is definitely welcome! 4efb’s vocals fit the instrumental perfectly as he sings from the evil perspective of Daybreaker, hoping to lure in an unnamed character. A very fitting theme considering this track’s hot as can be. Ignite drops on May 2nd!
MirroredReality – Saffron | Electro House
Fitting of the titular character, Saffron is an atmospheric track that combines MirroredReality’s signature EDM style with elements from Indian music! The powerful bass and synths combined with a pinch of spice sure make for a nice change in the scene, creating something both relaxing and pumping.
Ampderg – Lost | Electropop
Musicians newer in the fandom have something veterans more often lack: the ability to surprise us. Ampderg just gave us a real banger here. The song consists of pop sections that clash with exulting hard-hitting drops. The pop parts are very dancy and in particular the bassline is highly catchy. Twilight vocal chops are found throughout the song and the vocals and lyrics from Ampderg are a delight too. The Vylet Pony inspiration is palpable in most aspects of the song. The beautiful artwork and the video are by Ampderg as well and constitute integrant parts of the piece.
Eniix – Flutter Rage (Pony Killerz Remix) | Electro House
The elusive Pony Killerz returns with a remix of Eniix‘s old tune Flutter Rage! Their version basically takes the original track and modernises it with clean production and dynamics while also using the original sample, that being Fluttershy raging in a different language. The powerful distorted bass really brings out those feelings you hear in her voice!
Daniel Ingram – The Magic of Friendship Grows (Notion Remix) | Electro Pop
The variations of the final song of the series finale keeps rolling in and doesn’t appear to be slowing down. The Brony Notion comes in with a remix with wonderfully done editing the show strong feelings visually. Showing just how the mane six really means to all of us. The remix itself, has the flavor of electro-pop with just a dash 80’s pop music, if you know what to listen for. His main course is still part of the analysis community. [ASOS] Chasing Dawn – Let You Go | Electropop
Oh man. Track 39 of ASOS: BrownieASOS: Brownie is a wholesome one. Chasing dawn goes deep with this one. He experiments with something new to his creativity. A heartfelt electropop song that vibes with tones and feeling of MLP itself. The lyrics could be about finding the show, the fandom. A close friend, a lover or a beloved family member. The music and melody itself has this underlying soft techno feels, that gets you into the loving soft tones of the track. The echo’s are a nice touch in the emotion of telling someone that made a difference in someone’s life and getting them past the rocky storms. Toby Macarony – AJ’s Muscles | Alternative Electronic
Pony prodigy Toby Macarony is back with a saxxy piece featured around Applejack. The piece includes vocal samples from Applejack, supersaws providing the main harmonic content, a four-on-the-floor drumbeat, and an epic slide guitar solo. An upright piano appropriately ends the song with an endlessly bluesy solo. And even better, the ominous stares of Applejack’s eyes accompany you through this song as it provides you with all your daily soloing needs.
