Remember Falling has been on a hot streak lately and this collaboration with Namii only continues to show off the immense talent we are lucky enough to be graced with! Let You Know is about the lonely Marble Pie falling in love with a certain red stallion that she can’t have while holding onto hope that maybe one day she can. The track has a somber tone and beautifully builds off that emotion! At times the instrumental is very simple allowing Namii’s vocals to radiate Marble’s loneliness while the great climax of Let You Know shows off how well Remember Falling and Namii can sing together over a more intense beat and synth demonstrating the fierce emotion in our protagonist.

Frozen Night – Winter Dream | Soundtrack / Ambient
Frozen Night has always excelled when it comes to atmospheric pieces and soundscape design. Winter Dream was written for an action-adventure story game to introduce the player into a post-apocalyptic world. The sound design is beautifully arranged and full, while evoking such vivid emptiness with its sounds of distant high voices, light bells, and atmospheric synths – a testament to the tremendous skill of Frozen Night!
Remember Falling – Alone | Chillout
Remember Falling is back again , this time with a sadder theme. As we have seen in some of RFs previous work, this piece carries a lot of personal emotion, while still being able to fit in with the story of a show character. A calm piano melody mixed with smooth, bemoan vocals creates an eerie atmosphere. The lyrics themselves outline some of the struggles met by those who constantly feel alone.

I never really got into Hands Up much before but it’s a pretty fun genre to listen to, and Confetti is no exception to that. With uplifting melodies to fit the classic 4-chord progression, it’s a perfect fit for everyone’s favourite party queen and a great addition to A State Of Sugar’s latest release!
[ASOS] BlackIceMusic – Entomology | Melbourne Bounce
This cleverly-named Chrysalis-themed track from bounce prodigy BlackIce marks his return to A State of Sugar and is certain to make any fan of the genre move their feet! Featuring some crazy grooves, authentic and playful synths, and even some vocal chopping near the end, BlackIce continues to prove how underrated he really is in the scene with this tune!
[ASOS] Cynifree & Zizkil – From Here to Where | Progressive House
A different form of progressive house than what’s usually popular in the genre, chill connoiseur Cynifree and sonic innovator Zizkil bring a Kirin-themed banger to A State of Sugar! The Kirin-themed tune cleverly incorporates Autumn Blaze monologuing into it, and contains extremely colorful musical textures, a fine-tuned atmosphere during the more subdued sections, and an undeniably danceable groove. Certainly a highlight on ASOS and Cider Party’s channel!

HO! HO! HO! It’s that (late) time of the year (basically, Christmas ends on the 6th of January, but anyways), and Pinkamena Party delight us with a new album! Taking the concept of “destroying the birth of Jesus” the Crew created, for me, one of the best Christmas related PP album ever! With the likes of yours truly, Dynamite Grizzly, Schatz, Kakofonous A. Dischord, Supersaw Hoover, r_chase, CopyCat, mycutiemarkisagun and some new faces like Koron Korak with an almost 6 minutes dark ambient track, Drixale and Minty Love. We also have the return of Oyama (PeKaNo), and PERNE (Pernegyre).
All for destroying christmas as we know it, and all for amazing charities!

[ASOS] TCB – Atelophobia (Nevermourn Remix) | Drum & Bass
Remixing TCB’s atmospheric Cutie Cut, drum & bass maestro Nevermourn breaks his way onto A State of Sugar’s Ice Cream! Featuring a more traditional DnB take, this remix adds its own flavor and crunchiness to the original, and the rhythmic use of vocal chops fit like a glove on this tune in particular. Nevermourn continuing to develop his style truly is one of the most exciting things to watch in the brony music scene!
[ASOS] BassPon3 – Memories | Hands Up
BassPon3 may not be a name relatively many are familiar with, but HMH is here to highlight one of many of his amazing tunes from the past year, this time from A State of Sugar’s Ice Cream. A wondrous verse section transitions into some of the most authentic hands up jams I’ve yet heard in the fandom, and the vibe of the tune is simply euphoric. Any fan of uplifting music owes it to themselves to check this one out!
Vylet Pony – Cataclysm (ft. Scraton) | Drumstep
Premiering their upcoming album Homeward, Vylet gives us one heck of a heavy hitter before it’s formally released on January 25th. Vylet and Scraton are no strangers to sound design and it shows in the opening seconds, and only gets better from there! Blending an atmospheric soundscape with complex synthesis there is a sense of urgency in the air and it is all leading up to something HUGE!
