Jack of all electronic trades Dynamite Grizzly comes through with a cooled drum & bass tune and fans will be happy to know Grizzly’s knack for incredibly funky basses is appropriately on display here. The synth layering, chant vocals, and breaks all contribute to the freezing atmosphere one would expect from Yakyakistan.

Synthis – On the Edge | Chill Trap
Synthis blesses us with another lovely tune, featuring some lovely and evocative art by UrbanQhoul. Fans of most of his other work (especially Crash to Pieces) will certainly find something to like here, with Synthis’ signature silky-smooth voice, gorgeous melodies and synths, squeaky-clean mixing, and surprising propensity for trap percussion all make an appearance here. This’ll definitely be in my personal rotation for some months!
Vylet Pony & Sylver – Catching On | Lounge
Fresh off of Vylet’s new album, he and Sylver combine to make this 50s style instrumental track. Catching On is inspired by several different worldly influences and has a nice blend of a jazzy beat with Brazilian and Mediterranean instrumentation. Even with the upbeat tempo, the song has a very chilled out vibe to it – an impressive achievement befitting the talent of great producers like Vylet and Sylver!
Tridashie – Pony Girl (feat. IMShadow007 & Brittney Ackerman) (Brohoof Studios Remix) | Hardstyle
First The Midnight Musician, then 174UDSI, then TPressleyJ, and now Hoofy has jumped on Pony Girl, coming through with a pumping hardstyle remix! In the last two years of my observing the fandom’s scene, Brohoof Studios has had some of the biggest musical improvement by far! The kick is very well-crafted, the atmosphere during the verses feature some awesome synth work, and the song provides the euphoria of flying through the skies of Equestria. Great work on this one!
Synthis – Heir Of The Moonlight (feat. FritzyBeat) (EnsionD Remix) | House
EnsionD delivers a beautiful remix of Synthis’ Heir Of The Moonlight. In his typical style, this is a wonderful house track that expands upon the already great song from Synthis. The atmosphere at the start builds wonderfully into FritzyBeat‘s vocals accompanied by bass that really helps round the track out.
[ASOS] UndreamedPanic – Living Fangs | House
Don’t be deceived by the House genre, because just like a changeling in disguise, it could hide many unexpected twists! UndreamedPanic contributes to A State of Sugar Bubblegum with another stunning track, this time changeling-themed. Expert sounds and compositional prowess are doing wonders once more as this very stylish and refined tune unfolds.
Glitchling – Censorship | Dubstep
Our friendly neighborhood Glitchling has ventured into the heavier genres of EDM and brings us a tasty and refined Dubstep beauty! The sick wubs and sharp sound design are delivering the power of heavy bass as the iDubbbz samples are amusingly calling back to some of the corners of our community after dark… A real treat and token of Glitchling’s talent and hard work!
AntaresPony – a pommel tune | Ambient
AntaresPony, a new pony musician who appeared recently, keeps it up with the wonderful Ambient releases like a real fan! Showcasing a distinct musical identity as well as unique aesthetics in the videos, AntaresPony tells beautiful pony-inspired tales through music, and this one is centered around our beloved Coco Pommel! It is quite emotional with many instruments coming into play and an atmosphere like no other. It even features vocal samples from Coco for added emotion, mixed in with much talent!

Lorris – Hyperdrive | Album | Electronic
Lorris’s new album is jam-packed with delightful wubbly goodness. Dubstep, drumstep, trap, and more are all represented here, with an overarching cybernetic theme. Every song is amazing, and there’s enough variation to keep you engaged throughout the album. Songs like Dropshot are guttural and bassy, while Particles Storm is crisp and dark. It’s pay what you want, so go give it a listen!
AntaresPony – a luna tune | Ambient
This is a nice surprise from Antares, who appears to be new to the MLP scene. This is a a very relaxing and atmospheric piece about Luna. The song itself really makes you think almost as if in retrospect about all of the hardships our Princess has faced and all of the guilt she holds on to as the world goes by around her. At least; That is how I see it. The artist leaves much of the tune up for interpretation which is quite nice in fact. What do you take away from it?
