GeekBrony – Long, Long Way | Orchestral

This one may bring a tear to your eye. Celebrating his love for the community and the emotional roller coaster this past year has been, GeekBrony unleashes this emotional tribute to Celestia looking back on all of Twilight’s many accomplishments. Long, Long Way begins very soft and slowly adds some light, high keys. As the song progresses, we get more orchestral elements of brass, big drums, and eventually well placed Celestia chops. There is a touching homage to Celestia’s Ballad that really brings the whole thing together into a touching memoir of GeekBrony’s many wonderful experiences with the show and friends.

[P@D] The Wasteland Wailers – Spun | Classic Rock

Raise your hand if you’re late to party about the Wastelands Wailers. *This writer does*. But its no matter. The first time hearing Haymaker and Brittney Church was refreshing. You’re treated to classic rock and roll with very well sung lyrics. About a pair of lovebirds trying to get by in the wastelands of Equestria. Long time fans of this group will know that their music is based off the Fallout Equestria fanfic series, and the work done by them for OvermareStudios. The guitars are very smooth, gritty and romantic. The track is a throwback to the 80’s style rock and romance like someone like Bruce Springsteen would do. It’s nice P@D Ignite still tries to put all kinds of genre’s on their albums. Classic rock is nice art that should be done more, way more. As always, This Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.

[P@D] Age Of Vinyl, Power Note & Tw3Lv3 – Beauty (feat. MC-Arch) | Melodic Dubstep

Keeping the P@D Ignite groove going. We have a firecracker of a track sitting at track 65 on the album. What happens when three DJ’s come together to put their very best arrangement skills together with their melodies and with one of the most emotional rappers? A track that will inspire you! The styles change with fluid motion. Each of the melodies fuels the words coming out of MC-Arch’s mouth. This song channels his character Real Feeler, but the messages of the track are clear and prefect. It’s incredibly fiery and full on inspirational feelings of fighting for a more beautiful and better world. Age Of Vinyl, Power Note and Tw3Lv3 are brilliant in their styles blending with such an amazing quality. What a track to get you to take on life! As always this Qilin asked you for judge for yourself and stay for the cute Flutter “Um’s”.

[P@D] John Kenza & 4EverfreeBrony – Warm | Future Bass / Pop Rock

There are times when you listen to track, and it leaves you speechless and your emotions are doing all of the talking. Warm is one of those songs, rare songs that comes out in this fandom and it is the epitome of musical perfection. It’s unique in the matter of how John’s EDM harmonizes with absolute amazement with the Pop-Rock and lyrics of 4EverfreeBrony. It’s beautiful and well composed with the energy of John’s harmonies and that gorgeous guitar work of 4EB! The song is crafted with such a wholesome message that everything blends and flows. Sprinkling with a little disney-esque orchestra harmonies and you have a song that will bring you to tears. One of the most breathtaking tracks I have heard in the Brony fandom! And it’s only track 2 of P@D Ignite. As always this Qilin asks you to judge for yourself.

[P@D] Hoofy – Shattered Gems VIP | Riddim/Psytrance

Hoofy is back with a heavy hitting VIP of their already great track, ‘Shattered Gems’! This one infuses the already dirty song with even filthier basses and gives off a hell of a lot of energy, especially by the time the second half rolls around, switching things up with an energetic psytrance twist that blends perfectly with the rest of the track. A stellar tune and it deserves its spot as a pre-release for Ponies At Dawn’s newest album: Ignite, which just so happens to be available now!

Kallo Skull – A Kind Heart of Nature | Orchestral/Celtic

Just in time for Fluttershy Day, Kallo Skull brings us A Kind Heart of Nature! This track gives us a glimpse into what feels like a trip outside into the wilderness with Equestria’s best animal lover. Different instruments make up for representations of different animals, such as the flute, timpani and even bagpipes. Nothing sounds more naturistic and organic than an orchestral ensemble!
