[P@D] Brilliant Venture & Aurelleah – Moving On From Yesterday VIP | Hybrid Orchestral

Aurelleah helps Brilliant Venture put together an amazing VIP of their song Moving On From Yesterday. The long build really captures the emotions of the original with Brilliant Venture’s vocal chops back up by Aurelleah’s orchestration, and although it’s 2 minutes, you will want to hear the full build. The drop section is accented by Aurelleah’s unique happy electronic style and really reflects moving on from the dark feelings present in the build. The backing orchestration during the electronic sections really brings it all together and makes the piece complete. This is amazing music you definitely don’t want to miss!

This track is available as part of Ponies at Dawn Anthology.

John Doe – Falling | Soundtrack

Another OST track composed by John Doe for the fan game Pony Town, Falling feels like the kind of field BGM you’d hear on a leisurely walk in some forest area near a stream of pure water, gathering items/ingredients and marveling at the many autumnal charms of the Nature around you. The clopping sounds at the end are the icing on the cake, and delightfully remind of the context of the track!

Matías Peñaloza – In Our Town (Covering Daniel Ingram) | Piano

Another well-done cover for piano has been played by Matías Peñaloza here, who has now given us the big song that Starlight Glimmer sang back when she was a villain.  The technique is clean, which makes this cover entertaining to listen to.  The accompaniment music really helps bring it all together, and it gives the cover, as a whole, a nice finish.  That’s some good stuff there; quite enjoyable!

Elias Frost – Rockhoof Tale | Celtic Folk / Orchestral

Inspired by the first tale from Campfire Tales, Elias Frost brings an awesome track with Celtic/Nordic influences. Rockhoof was one of my fav stories and I see this song as a soundtrack for the tale of Rockhoof. Pony Vikings and Celtic Orchestral are awesome together! Some elements from the song also amazed me, such the vocals and the acoustic guitar riffs. The drums’ celtic-nordic feeling was also fantastic! Elias Frost, you do awesome job in your compositions and tracks, keep up the good work!

Aques Levaro – Last Stand | Orchestral

The Last Stand. Oh man, How much I can tell/say about this. Although there’s a lot to say about this, but I think that this song captures it very well 🙂 The battle for Canterlot being very intense and such, Celestia’s last stand with AJ and Twilight, staring down the Commander of the army that’s attacking the City, well done indeed. Jump in on this epic piece, and show some love to our man Aques.

Blue Note – In The End (feat. Ecilia Amaj) | Art Pop / Orchestral

Dedicated to her A Symphony of Two partner, her family and friends that help her through difficult times in life! With vocal help coming from Ecilia Amaj, who also helped Blue on The Daughter of The Winds! Blue Note delivers a big feeling of emotions! This vocal track written by Blue Note inspired by How To Disappear Completely done by Radiohead, this track according to Blue can have multiple interpretations, mostly inspired by Blue’ own experiences and probably has some The Perfect Pear inspired stuff. The lyrics are really well written, some really deep emotions!

Now let’s talk about the music itself, the vocals are really well performed and sometimes some of the vocal mixes of Blue and Ecilia created harmonies that gave me chills down my spine, these harmonies with the piano chords and the saxophone and trumpet solo duet done by Blue and Cainbow (this composition was supposed to be a A Symphony of Two instrumental). The duo solo is the most amazing thing on the track along with the vocal harmonies!

This track is really beautiful and emotional, I cried listening for the 5th time and I had chills down my spine every time I heard the track! Listen to the song just not once but a lot of times! Listen to this song with passion and emotion! This is the song that defines that Brony Music and music in general are special things in our lives! This track remind me of A Moon Shaped Pool tracks, the most recent album of Radiohead!

Aelipse – Morning at the Lake | Orchestral

Inspired by an amazing artwork by Holivi, Aelipse let his creativity and magic flow to create this graceful masterpiece. Cleverly and wonderfully represented by an instrument, each of the CMC has their own part in the song and their own things to say in musical ways (more details in the description). Aelipse has shown to have quite the gorgeous musical sensitivity and amazing talent, and I’m happy to get to listen to a new piece full of many wonders and brimming with emotion and beauty as winds and strings paint the artwork anew.

St.Pinkie – Landing Gear | Piano / R&B

Coming from the fundraising compilation album realized by Crystal Empire Records for SEAPonyCon – Altitude. St.Pinkie sings with emotion to everyone who lost a friend. The instrumental is really emotional with the piano and the drums mixed with the orchestral elements, makes this song a true R&B sound that reminds me of some of the popular acts of this years that mixed this genre with the Pop genre. The lyrics are really emotional and really fit to the theme that the description of the video says and St. Pinkie sing this with passion and emotion! It almost brought up me to tears because of recent passings of Kavi, Woody (Malaysian cosplayer), MelodicPony, Beebarb and Pinkus Pone. May they souls rest in peace and what St.Pinkie did was really emotional, thank you for this dedication to this people that contributed soo much to the fandom! Buy Altitude in Crystal Empire Records bandcamp! (This song is free to download because of the cause).
